It seems every time you go through the drive-through they never get your order right. Either your hamburger wasn?t made right or... you look in the bag of food and you don?t have what you ordered. Today was no different same thing again with the order. Read more

When this location first opened they were great! Great food, great service, clean environment. However, in the last 6 months to... a year, it's all downhill. Every time I go I'm met with disgruntled employees but today took the cake. We walked in and tried toorder at the Kisok by the door. Got all the way to the end and it wouldn't submit the order. So we walked up front to order. Twoemployees standing there talking. Look at us, don't acknowledge and keep chatting. I mentioned that the kisok won't work. Stillnothing. Finally the lady looks at at us and says it'll be a few minutes. So I ask if they're having technical problems. Shesays no, but the person running registers is outside. So, you can't take our order? Apparently not. As we left the managerappeared to be outside in a heated discussion with someone and the employees inside were completely checked our inside. Also,the man working food for the drive through wiped his face and headset with his gloved hands then went back to prepping foodwithout changing gloves. Management needs to get a handle quick. Order is wrong 90% of the time. I've learned to always ALWAYS check my bags before driving off. Today, after informing them I... was missing 2 kids meals, a staff member relayed a message from another staff that the kids meals were mixed in with our otherregular bags of food. ?? Why? Ok cool anyway, they weren't. And when I went in to correct the problem I was ignored for 5minutes. Our $40 worth of food was crunchy fries and flattened burgers. I'll have to swear these guys off. I feel like beforethey changed location from Teays Blvd there were no issues. Now, it's almost every time. Read more

I?ve consistently received awesome service at this Wendy?s location. The food is hot and made to order. Other locations get my... orders wrong or give cold, stale fries but no problems at this Wendy?s. The managers here are exceptional! I especially want torecognize the female manager & employees working on 9/12/22 at approximately 3-3:15pm. Everyone was friendly, courteous and myfood was delicious. Stopped by this location with my son for dinner. As I stand in line I am observing the team preparing food in the back. One... young man has a drink behind the line - takes a drink, scratches his face, then continues to prepare food without changinggloves. I watched another young lady move from the drive-thru to the food line, while texting, and again, never changed hergloves even after handling her phone. I emailed customer service, and never received a reply. If the employees are this carelesswhen customers are watching - imagine what is happening when customers cannot see them. Needless to say, I got out of line andwent somewhere else. This was such a fantastic restaurant when it first opened. I am not sure what has happened there over thepas year. Read more

I went there and I had ordered several items including 2x 4pc spicy nugget. I guess they didn?t hear that I needed 2x. I was... upset that I had to go through the drive thru line once again. I went through the line the second time, thinking I had to pay?being it was the last $3.00 I had, and I hadn?t eaten all day? I?m 7 months pregnant. The employee Shawn made the order rightand I was granted the other 4pc spicy nugget for free for the inconvenience. That?s how you make a good reputation! GreatCustomer Service! Catherine was an amazing employee who helped me today. I had received cold fry?s and she more then made up for it when I came in... to ask for fresh ones. She was extremely kind, polite and professional! Best customer service skills! Read more
