The Mac and Cheese was unevenly heated, the wrap I ordered wasn't cut (they usually are), and there was only one napkin in the... bag. But the people were nice and it was almost 9 o'clock when we went through the drive thru so I would put the issues down tobeing the end of a very long day and people just wanting to be done for the day rather than poor service. This is at a truckstop and the lot was packed so I'm guessing they are always pretty busy and working fast food is a really tough job. Read more

Didn?t get a chance to eat here today because all the employees were taking a break at the same time when I arrived. While... everyone deserves a break, in my experience breaks are usually staggered so there wouldn?t be interruptions in service. Justseemed odd at 1 something in the afternoon. Read more
Employees have toddlers in the kitchen. I suggest day care or a babysitter. Restaurants should be slightly more professional.
