I travel quite a bit, and Pilot stations are my go-to when in route. Sadly, this has been the dirtiest and unkept Pilot I have... ever seen. The bathroom was a mess, the stall door locks were broken...hell, even the coffee station at 8a was not evenmonitored. Trash cans full, spillage everywhere, I was very disappointed. Every time i came thru this pilot is the nastiest of the most of them. No one has been cleaned the restroom and no seat cover... for very long time. I can not even clean my windshield. Every step I walk there is trash stuck on the ground please help themanager manage this place he is not ready for this job. Read more

I normally appreciate and enjoy Pilot locations however, this location I found disappointing. The shower water was lukewarm at... best, the cold rooms made it even more difficult to get clean. The entire store was freezing, every time an outer door wasopened the wind gust made my teeth chatter. The employees had to wear jackets they were so cold working there. When I inquiredabout the temperature of the air and water I was told the air temps are corp controlled, which is ridiculous unless corp islocated at the store, and the water heater was just changed out.... Giving at least 3 stars are for the amount of parking,pleasant and friendly employees, and the coffee; at least it was hot. Read more
Really like this pilot the parking lot is very comfortable nice and smooth big wide and easy to park. Funny thing inside about... the men's bathroom it's set up in a pretty weird way so guys when you get there you'll see. Service is really nice great placeto stop for a long stay since there's a lot of areas outside to eat barbecue and Subway and there's an Arby's inside. Rememberto leave the parking lot out of the diesel pumps you got to take a left remember that. Read more
Pulled with a RV to get diesel fuel and they only have one pump for RVers Then we go to use the laundry and they did away with... that service. Not very helpful in my opinion. Read more
