Came here specifically for the almond pretzel on a Saturday night at 7pm, store closes at 9 pm. The cashier said they couldn't... make a fresh batch because they start closing at 8. You still have 2 hours, before closing time. Cashier then states, he didn'tknow why they couldn't make more? Who owns this business? There were 6 people behind the counter. Do all the people work there?If so, you're paying 6 people to do nothing. If they don't, there's a health issue at this establishment. Business owner, dobetter. Whoever owns the mall needs to look into the establishment you have at your location. From all the terrible reviews,there's a big issue that needs to be addressed. Poor flavor, too dry and hard to eat. Please improve the quality of the product.

The teenagers here are disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and inadequate employees. I?ve come here and paid several times for... wrong orders, only to be told ?they don?t know? how long it?ll be to correct them, with terrible childish attitudes. They?veliterally rolled their eyes after being inconvenienced with having to do the job they are paid to do & step up to a register.Especially the young thin girl with brown hair. We use to love Aunt Annie's and regularly would stop at the mall by us just to get one. We moved to a new area recently and... having waited in line to find only one of the almond pretzels available we asked how long till the next batch was ready as wewanted 3 and would have waited for our favorite flavor but they refused to make more. Told us they wouldn't make more till theplain flavor nuggets sold and we would have to make due with those. Really?!? This is the second time and I thought the firstwas a fluke but no, we will never be waiting in line for poor customer service again. I miss our old location and the nicepeople there. Read more

Smells great but limited selection was further limited by broken equipment. Felt like bait and switch, but may just be a timing... issue. No pretzels were available for purchase; they were cooking. Other items were available such as cinnamon pretzels andpretzels dog bites, but we wanted pretzels and chocolate freeze (forget name) which were not available at the time we visited. Read more

My husband and I ordered a pretzel with cheese plus asked for two waters. They didn't even have regular pretzels just the... pretzel bites, which I should of just canceled the transaction then. We were paying with cash as well, which resulted in thelady running the register to give us attitude that was not necessary. The young lady was so busy rudely telling us it to beexact change that she forgot to ring up our two waters. Then said oh, I didn't know you wanted waters. If she bothered to treatpeople with respect instead of copping an attitude maybe she would of heard us. Paper money spends just as well as plastic. Howcan you be a business and not have change for your customers? Also, there was only two people working on the 26th of April witha long line out to the other businesses. Only one person was assisting customers while the other one was making pretzels. I came at 6 and asked for a salt free pretzel and she said they could not make any. They did not give me a reason why when they... close at 8... my 3 yr old don't like salt. While one of them is making one right in front of my eyes but didn't offer to makeone salt free. No one is in line or waiting any orders. Bella and Josephine thanks for the great customer service.
