My daughter was in from Chicago and wanted ice cream so we found this one on our way home. We chose sopopilla cheesecake and... peanut butter cup ice cream which were amazing. We gathered a few more sweets for breakfast the next morning. We headed to thecounter and the lady looked very frustrated with having to wait on us. We gave positive salutations and she ignored us. It wasok because we are positive people. I will now find a different Braums to visit where they are hopefully friendlier. The storeitself was well lit, organized and clean. Read more

Pretty fast drive thru service for burgers and ice cream. The best part of this place is the mini grocery store inside. Kind of... amazing the range of products they have. If you don't want to deal with a big grocery store, they have meat, frozen foods, milk,yogurt, cheese, snacks, salads, produce, chips, dip, ice cream, with a real human running the cash register. Ice cream, quality burgers and crinkle cut fries that make Mcdonald?s shutter! Overall braums is never a bad bet. They have a... good burgers and fries. If you are interested in the grocery side it is good quality food but most same price as grocery withoutcoupons. They do take wic and food stamps, not that I would know but I used it when I was a kid. The staff is ok and the storeis old and kind of needs a huge interior facelift. People are friendly but not effective team staff. Line was long and tookextra time without good leadership to control the team. Read more
This is my neighborhood Braum's and I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are friendly and courteous, store is... always clean and the burgers are delicious. They always seem to be busy yet I don't recall ever having to wait too long for myfood. Be sure to give them your business! Read more
While being extremely busy working today I almost forgot that I haven't eaten all day so I took a quick break and decided to... stop at Braums. I figured out of all the places to eat I couldn't go wrong with Braums WRONG! 1st mistake was probably thelocation as I haven't ever visited this location 2nd mistake knowing I didn't have alot of time anyway because I was stillworking when I walked in and seen the inside was quite busy in which I had no clue why as there was several employees at thefront just standing around by this time there were maybe 4 ppl ahead of me waiting on their food 3rd I specifically told thegirl 3xs I wanted my burger cooked WELL DONE and it clearly stated it on the receipt so I'm confused as to why when I receivedmy food was my burger medium well if not medium rare I couldn't even enjoy my meal let alone had time to request for a remake ora refund as I already wasted about 45 minutes of my day coming here in the 1st place so I just threw it away highly dissatisfiedand left the same way I came in HUNGRY smh get it together!!
