This was a very nice place. I've only been to 1 in Louisiana. The 1st time we were seated we didn't get a server for a good... 10-12 mins after no one greeted us we asked to be moved to another area and got a server within like 5 mins who greeted us witha smile and water. The time we had waiting for 1st server we knew what we wanted to drink, appetizers, meal, and dessert. Thefood too mo time whatsoever coming out. I got the appetizer trio and the tomato salad and the lobster ravioli. I also ordered astrawberry lemonade and prickly pear drink with alcohol. Everything was really good. During the meal the manager Mike came byand apologized for the wait previously and gave us a free dessert. He was extremely polite. We will be back. Read more

Excellent menu. Some great choices. Salad was very nice. Lasagna was delicious. The service was fantastic. We showed up with... nine people no reservation. We were seated quickly and food and drinks were brought out in a timely fashion. I will definitelyeat here again. Read more

Nice spot for Italian attached to the mall. Very busy space in front of a movie theater, but we did the online waitlist, so it... didn?t take long to get a table. Salads, bread, plates were all good. Spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna, lobster ravioli wereall good. Our server (Danielle) was awesome too. $24 per person for pasta and sodas was a little steep, but overall it was asolid meal. Second time dining at this location. First time was for a birthday celebration. Great service and food. Very attentive server... despite the size of the party. Today was subpar at best. The waitress seemed aloof and distracted. She struggled to remember whoordered which drink and what food despite the party only being 3. She dropped off soups and salad and didn't return. Same thingafter leaving the entrees. She wasn't rude or discourteous. She kept the drinks refilled. She passed the table several timeswithout stopping by or checking in on us. Service was very underwhelming. The soups and salad were great. The other two guestsaid their salmon and chicken Marsala were delicious. The bread was good. My salmon was good but the garlic potatoes tasted likebox potatoes. I couldn't taste the garlic at all. We shared with the waitress that we were celebrating a birthday. She droppedoff a free dessert. She didn't say happy birthday or acknowledge the guest. It was disappointing. I am rating a 3 because thehostess was friendly, Oscar assisted us several times and the manager greeted us on the way out. The manager did inquire how ourvisit went but we didn't bother addressing it. I wrote a note to the waitress and left it with her tip. Maybe she was having abad day or was distracted. I wanted her to hear my concerns and not think it was an excuse to not tip. Not sure I would visitagain. Read more

We had a great experience here. We were seated within 5 min of arrival, had prompt service on getting our drinks, appetizers... and dinner. Plus we had plenty to take some home too! All so tasty and plentiful! Read more

Carrabbas was soooo good! I finally tried the chicken Bryan in the the chicken trio and it was cooked to perfection. The grilled... chicken was juice and complimented by a generous amount of goat cheese. I also really enjoyed their house made fries, tomatocaprese, and starter salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well! Overall, the staff was super friendly and dida great job being mindful of SOPs! I can?t wait to go back! Read more
