I would have gave zero star if it was available-- I had to wait for bit since employees are to busy in back gossiping and the... Mgr has to tell them front counter i finally ordered a regular old timer philly add grilled jalapeño add fry and dtink combototal was $15 - Food came out and brought to my table i knew right way it was the wrong size and the sandwich had hardly anymeat in it and the cheese sauce was put on top ov meat like you do a hot dog and the jalapeños were not grilled- the frys wereold and cold and rubbery-- I went back to the counter to address the issues with the philly snd frys and the employee said itwas correct and could care less about old frys-- I knew the philly was not made correctly and the size was wrong due to I eatthe same combo there weekly-- So this trip was very bad customer service and terrible food -- I will not be back .... Don't order the boneless wings unless you want nuggets. They are made like nuggets, not delicious juicy chicken breast.
Horrible customer service. I called regarding my delivery as it was missing items I paid for as well as toppings on the... sandwiches. When I called I asked for a manager and lady on phone says she was the manager so I described my problem. Sheproceeds to tell me to come the next day to get the items, really? I?m eating the sandwich tonight why would I go to store toget the items tomorrow. So she puts me on hold and after 2 minutes a gentleman comes on saying he is the manager so it appearssomeone is lying. He tells me to call at tomorrow at 11am and ask for Greg and he will refund me. I?m wondering if that is eventrue. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again and they have officially lost my business. Read more
Was greeted with a smile & man was ready to help me give him my order. I will be going back. Food was delicious.
No seasoning and meat was over cook, very little onions and peppers. I watched the cook make it and the best order of putting... everything on grill was backwards and then the fact the grill is way to hot. I use to make cheesesteaks for a living and willsay this is not number one in the world I don?t even think it is top five in the DFW area. I was really hoping for better evento the point of going back to the back to show the poor kid how to make them right. Read more
Fries and Lemonade was good.. ordering was a nightmare as the girl that took my order took it wrong and I couldn?t hear anything... she said back to me.. the Philly itself was very bland and since she took my order wrong wasn?t exactly what I wanted anyway butoh well. I have loved Charlie's ever since the 1st time I got it at the grapevine Mills mall food court. When I saw that they had swapped... out the McDonald's for a Charlie's at the Walmart I at 1st was extremely happy..... That is until I placed my 1st order. I havegiven this restaurant 3 separate chances, there will not be a 4th. The staff is very rude and acts like taking your order is aninconvenience. All 3 times the bread has been hard and stale. Not hard from being toasted but just like it is extremely old. Thechicken has been rubbery all 3 times. And on this last time I placed a to go order got home and saw that my Box of fries wasactually a Box of pickles. I may choose Charlie's the next time I am at the grapevine mall but I will never order from thisCharlie's again. Read more
