This place does not care about dine in customers. They have closed down the parking lot on the entry side. They have also made... all the parking spots on the other side of the store for curbside delivery only! Consistency should be their middle name. Across the board, from the food to the service, they are consistently good. I had the... sausage biscuit combo and I was amazed at how good it was. The biscuit was soft, tender and delicious. The bonus is their pricesare not out of control. Read more
Great service. An industry leader in service above most. In my top two. Here they hit you with group smiles. Don't know how they... do it, but they seem genuinely nice. Chicken nuggets that are nuggets of chicken, not dough and fillers, real white meatchicken. ???? Waffle fries that are consistently golden and yummerz. I love fried chicken, but the spots known for it are alet down as of late. Chick-fil-A is supposed to just be a fast food alternative to KFC or Popeyes, but it turns out they aren'tan alternative, they are the go-to. They don't do chicken on the bone, but neither do the other two that's worth a darnedanymore. But no one does off the bone, fried golden, crispy, flavorful, with smiles, better than CfA. If you know, you know.I'm not trying to convert anyone. But unless you break out the cast iron, buttermilk, and fry up your own, you won't find betterthan CfA. Try their shakes too. Got dang it they figured out how to keep a shake machine working unlike Mickey Ds. Thick, cold,sweet, strawberriest shake you ever had. ????. Anywho. Take care people. The food is great, but I am not a big fan of the drive through experience from this specific branch. I?d say the ideal drive... through experience goes as follows- you order your food, roll up your window, and wait til you get your food. This branch,however, has decided to add a middle man (or woman) who yells at you between that process. I see the potential benefit of itspurpose. To ensure you go in front of or behind the car next to you in line. The last time I was there, this lady actuallyyelled at me, because I was rolling forward a little bit too much?? I don?t understand why they don?t just ask the name, andleave us be until we get our food. I probably will not be returning here. Read more
WORST Chick-fil-A experience I?ve ever had!!!.. and I love chick-fil-A . First we order and everything goes great and even the... person taking the order was great. Then we get to the window, pay like normal. Then they hand us out food. Ordered 10 chickenminis , 2 hash browns , and a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. When we got the food there was NO sandwich . So I nicely let themknow and she then hands me a sandwich. I like ok at is and it ONLY a chicken biscuit . Then she began to argue with me that Ididn?t order that. I ask for a manager ?Laura ? she came over and told me I didn?t order that and was going to charge me anaddition $4.79 to correct the order . I stated I didn?t want another sandwich I just wanted to correct this one . So then shesays . That will be $.97 for the egg and cheese . I said ok. She just handed me a bag with ? egg and cheese ? in it . Andexpected me to put my own sandwich together and was quite rude ! I then said this is UNACCEPTABLE from chick-fil- a , I?venever had to argue with a ?manager ? usually they are very polite and customer service driven BUT SHE WAS NOT ! Good experience other than the line being unusually slow compared to other locations. Didn't see the iPad ordering system being... used. Waited probably 20 minutes in line. Update: Still a bit of a wait. The only other thing I would say is I asked for extrapickles and they gave me 3 small containers of pickles instead of putting them on the sandwich. Most drivers won't have time toopen 3 small containers and put the pickles on the sandwich while driving, lol Read more
The food is always amazing! The employees are really nice! The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is the last few times we... have went we've had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane.
