Theater is slightly aging as I noticed that some of their seats had cracked worn arm rests. Due to fewer movie goers in recent... years, I do understand why they can't afford to fix it. That was the only thing that I noticed on a negative side. The soundquality was excellent, and the picture was magnificent in 3D. Theater was clean as well as their restrooms. Employees werewelcoming and friendly. Definitely will return. Read more

My family and I went to a couple movies at this theater recently. Both times we were met with friendly and helpful staff at each... stage of the process. Staff members communicated "we are glad you're here" in their interactions with us. The customer servicehere is excellent! Read more

Came here on Aug 28th for National Cinema Day and the escalator was broken. Came back yesterday, September 23rd. Escalator... still broken. Also this theater is gross. Whenever I come it looks to be the same level of nastiness. Floors sticky. Popcorneverywhere. Smudges, fingerprints, and gunk on the glass. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and then routine thorough cleaningsafter. Read more

My friends and I wanted to go see a movie and have a nice day at the theatre and mall. When we arrived, we checked in for our... movie, had the ticker checker scan our Qr code for the tickets (as we had ordered online the night prior), make our way into thetheatre and head to the seats we had reserved. When we got there, we found 3 out of the 8 seats we reserved were taken. 1 guyand 2 girls. We ask politely for them to move so we can claim our seats, and they kindly switch seats. As we were gettingsituated, an employee with fried, red hair was staring us down from the entrance. She approached us with a very impolite anddisrespectful tone, practically yelling at us to leave. We felt as this was unnecessary and honestly embarrassing for anemployee to act like this as we would've complied if she had nicely asked us first. She escorts us out of the theatre and intothe hallway where she asks us what movie we are "supposed to be watching". We all answer and show her that we bought our ticketsonline. Then, she tells us that there are not enough seats for all of us, which is absolutely not true. As I stated before, webought our tickets online the night prior. On top of that, the theatre was mostly empty, just a few groups of people sprinkledthroughout the box. Next, she asks us our ages and we answer. All of us range from 15 to 17. The movie we went to go see wasR-Rated, but that shouldn't have been an issue since we where accompanied by people who are 17. The disgruntled employee thentells us to leave and go get a refund or exchange out tickets. We won't be coming back to this unorganized, discourteous, andill-mannered theatre. Read more

Went to the movies to have a fun day out with my friends and when we got there multiple (3) people were in our seats. We kindly... asked them to move and as we were getting seated. A worker with pink hair came up to us and humiliatingly kicked us out. When wegot to the front and asked why, her response was that there were no seats even though our seats were empty. We then showed ourtickets, and suddenly she asked about our ages. We answered truthfully and she then said that we shouldn?t even be watching themovie, but those same people we asked to move from our spots were way younger than us. This ruined our whole day out and I amnever returning to such a unorganized facility. Read more

While normally this theater is great, this time the experience was not pleasant. My friend bought eight tickets to ?The Black... Phone? the day before for us to watch together. This is a rated R movie, but online it doesn?t make you show any verificationfor age or parent permission. We went to the theater and show our tickets to the employee that checks them and they don?tmention a thing about our age or group. As soon as we get there people are sitting in our spot, mind you the booth was prettyempty. This isn?t a big deal however, so we kindly ask them to move and let them know where their correct seats are. Thesepeople were definitely not 17, but their look of age didn?t occur to us until immediately after we move and figure out ourseats. A staff member stares at us from the bottom of the booth and confronts us. Loudly, she tells us all to leave the boothwith her. We have to gather our stuff but she rushes us out and tells us that there aren?t enough seats for us along with askingour age (we vary from 16-17 and again, we bought tickets BEFORE, so how are there not enough seats?). We were kicked out andtold to refund our tickets. Read more

We see movies at this theatre all the time. Normally we have a good experience. This time we ordered a medium popcorn with Real... Butter. They put so much Real Butter in, that before the movie had even started it had soaked through the bag, through thenapkins, all over our hands, and through our pants. The manager on duty was apologetic and gave us a full refund. However Idon't think he fully understood the issue. Putting that much Real Butter in was a choice, and if it happened to us, it morelikely than not happened to others this morning. For all I know the seats are coveted in Real Butter too. Please make sureemployees understand not to put so much Real Butter in that it soaks through the container. Corporate customer service didn'tseem to think this was that big of an issue and did not take my complaint seriously when I contacted them. We tried to startour day with a movie. Instead we started with soggy, cold popcorn, Real Butter stains in our pants, oily legs, and upsetstomachs. No movie, just the expectation of cleaning out some stubborn stains when we get home. Edit-- I changed my ratingbecause I was contacted by Justin the GM for this location later in the day. He wanted to hear about what had happened. He wasreasonable and cordial over the phone. Gave me an explanation for what had happened and why as well as assurances that staffwould be given updated training as well as having the theatres seats checked for Real Butter and cleaned. He was a apologeticthe whole time and gave us actual incentives to come back to this location. Will be returning to try again. Read more

It's a good multiplex. It's clean and we'll maintained. The concession area is full of options to please most people. The... prices are comparable to other theaters in the metroplex. The seats are comfortable for a normal movie, 90-120 minutes. Any runtime greater than that, the seat becomes uncomfortable. The restrooms are kind of hidden, well hidden. It would be in your bestinterest to locate them before you take your seats. Read more
