Don?t come here often but it?s an okay location. 2/6 of the donuts were wrong this morning but not a big deal. Stopped buying... drinks (specifically dunkacinno) because the consistency is never the same. I can make coffee at home for cheaper. Read more
I have eaten at that chain before. I guess I assumed that they all have the same high quantity products. They do not. While... their Kolach was quite tasty , I actually went there for donuts ???? for my several grandchildren Purchased 2 mixed dozen. The employee's were we superb . Second time using drive through, second time with a messed up order. After repeating three times it was still missing items.... They pay no attention To detail, try to rush through the order and don't seem to care about the customer. It seems they justwant your money and couldn't care about your satisfaction. Read more
I ordered a latte with unsweetened vanilla shots and stevia for my partner this afternoon, and I took it to him during his lunch... break. After a few sips, he said it didn?t taste right and was super sweet. He gave it back to me because of the sweetness wasgiving him a massive headache. I made it home about an hour later and brought the cup inside to pour out. What we received wasnot a latte but a cup of steamed milk with some sort of sweetener and no espresso. Read more
Asked for extra cream cheese this is what I got almost dry. This has happened multiple times to me and I?ve yet to post a review... thinking it would get better and it hasn?t. This is a newer Dunkin? and is a great one to visit. The location can get pretty busy in the morning which makes the small... parking lots little bit of a hassle. However, the staff work quickly and the line moves so you won?t have to wait long. Wetypically will order with the app ahead of time and then go through the drive through to pick up. It?s very convenient andenjoyable to use, plus you earn points for discounts. Looking for something to cool off with? Try the Frozen Hot Chocolate, it?sGREAT! Read more
