This place used to be good. I come here for lunch because I only have 30 mins to eat and they used to be efficient. Well it... wasn't the case this time. The place isn't clean. Their salsas,limes and lemon are not set out anymore. The ice had a moldytaste to it. Might want to re train people on cleanliness and a better ,faster system to serve. Very disappointed. Good luck! This place is really good. Only the 2nd time I've ever eaten at any free birds but I like it. This was the first time I got a... Burrito though vs a bowl as before. Very good food for both options but what my gf and I found very odd is that the regular sizeand monster size are nearly identical in size? The monster on the wall menu is much bigger than the regular free bird yet whenside by side it's like a hair at most and yet $2 more? Never had a side by side like that so maybe it's always been that way?Still very good and love the options they have here from tortilla type to add ONS and sauces, toppings, etc. Good prices a dalways fresh ingredients. Plus military discounts with ID also is a plus. Wish we had one of these in my hometown of San Angelo.Only get these when I come to Fort Worth. Read more
Consistently good! I always get good customer service and the food is great. I hardly ever get asked about my rewards number, so... make sure you mention it. Unrelated to the food, but there bathroom was unbelievably clean. Random I know, but I thought itdeserved to be mentioned. Read more
I'm going to have to echo one of the other reviewers here. I had to wait for the chicken. I arrived and they told me it would be... a little wait... I waited over 15 minutes. On top of that I was the first to be waiting for my order and then 5 others showed upafter waiting for their pickup. I doubt that all 5 ordered before me. I was the last person to get my order. I overheard thatthey were also out of chips. It sounds like they need someone better at managing their production. All I got was "I'm sorry" anda curt "here it is." Read more
