Placing order, the girl couldn?t take our order correctly, it was 20 minutes from the time we placed the order until we got to... the window.. (we would have left, but we were sandwiches in), our fries and sourdough jacks were cold and old. Ridiculous.Horrible customer service. Crew was lazy. So i just went to get me 8 tacos and stuff jalapeños i havent had them in a long time so the girl on the windows gave me the... bag and closes the window didnt ask if i wanted any taco sauce so i stayed then she opens the window n she is like yes.. so iask her for sauce then she gives me one single pack and closes the windows and im like ok so i stayed and she opens it again andstares at me so im like can i have more n she gives me 3 more then i left didnt realize they didnt gave me all 8 tacos they gaveme only 4 and the tacos were cold cheese looks old ???????????????? this has to be one of the worst run fast food stores in the area. never gets my order right. and the employees are downright... nasty; two older women at night (about 9pm) put on gloves and immediately begin touching their faces and mouths (rubbing theirlips with said gloves on and then immediately making food afterwards) and the cashier has this attitude like they can't standbeing employed. I've come here for six plus months and rarely am I met with even remote satisfaction. looks like I have to drivean extra 4 miles for a HALF half decent meal. don't come here, they'll take your money, read your order to you, and still manageto not deliver with any grace or quality basic standards that are required of food establishments. I never write reviews butwill now with how badly this place is ran so consistently into the ground. I'd also like to just add that I paid $13 for them to"forget" to add an entire patty to my #7 meal. I wouldn't be so upset if this was a once, twice, even thrice occasion, but thishas got to be the 30th time in 6 months. I'm very forgiving, I've worked in many food service locations before, I understandmistakes happen and I can excuse it to a certain degree. but after having my meal so blatantly robbed from me for the nth time,I found it necessary to come here and talk about what a horrendous experience it was spending my time and money here. Order was short some items. Good thing I'm a parking lot diner. I went right back through the drive thru and got what I paid... for. I also requested some salsa for my breakfast burrito, but was told they didn't have any. Not good Jack! Read more
Came here with the munchies Thursday at 3 am. There were two cars at the window but they were ready to take my order. I ordered... a large combo, two tacos and tiny tacos. Had my food in under 10 minutes, nice and hot. One of my biggest pet peeves is havingto ask for sauce, so I'm glad they asked what sauces I wanted and provided enough of each. Packaging job was neat. This location SUUUUUCKS! Every time we go there they either take forever or just say their system is down and they can?t take... orders at all! We sat in a ?line? with 1 car in front of us, for 13 mins. How can it possibly take that long? And they didn?teven bother coming on the speaker to say anything like I?ll be with u in a minute, just silence, until we finally drove up andordered at the window.
