Hannah and Zackary was working and it just turn 9pm closing will we was sitting at the front of counter waiting for... services..Granddaughter wanted a cookie and they both refunded to sale us the cookies in the display. HANNAH stated that shewas going to put the cookies in the back for tomorrow sale and they close. So I replied ok so you are not going to sale to usdue to you are now close while we was waiting on services and the register is still open and u are talking to your friendscorrect Hannah stated " Yes" So I sit down right at the sit across from them and begin this review. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES;POOR SERVICE AND THE COMPANY NEED TO DO MORE SECERT VISIT REVIEWS ON THEIR BUSINESS TO SEE WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE DOINGREGULARLY. Having walked up to the counter in place an order in the past and as expected had to wait a little while. No big deal. So this... time I ordered online. Said it would be ready at 12:34pm 2 April 2022. Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait longer. Satdown next to the store and waited. Saw other people sit next to me get called and got there order and leave. I got up at 1:25pmand asked if they could just cancel it. The person said they had been calling me. I said will I've been sitting right therewaiting and saw customers come go and saw them call up other customers for their order. Read more

I have to admit I had pretty low expectations for this place since it?s in the mall but wow the cookies are delicious. I really... like the ?cookies & cream? flavor.
