Worst experience. Renovations do not make up for bad customer service. 40 minute wait for meals. No front desk associate.... Manager tells me she can't speed anything up that drive thru cones first. 2 Young girls bagging orders said their job is tobag food not change orders or help at the front. One girl said she has a station and not trained to be up front. Kiosk is nothelpful. Oh. Curbside isn't better, the 5 people waiting all decided to cancel their order, Curbside runner didn't show up! This McDonald's always does a pretty good job. Sometimes the line gets long but that's just to be expected because of the... location. They have messed up my order a few times but have always been super cool about replacing it when I've had an issue.The only thing lately is their prices just starting going up. Double cheeseburgers were $1.99 & now they are $2.39. but I guessthat's pretty much happening everywhere with inflation now. All in all, a good location and the workers are always pleasant. Aslong as they continue putting good deals on the app I'ma keep coming back. McDonald's just revamped their app and the deals arenot as good anymore but hopefully that'll change. Read more
This McDonald's in Lewisville is very fast and friendly compared to the city we came from. We ordered a small $16-$17 meal. At... the speaker we were immediately greeted and they took our order and of course repeated it for accuracy. They thanked us and wepulled around. At the first window we were greeted friendly again and we paid for our order and she thanked us and pulled us tothe next window. At the second window we were greeted again and we were handed our food. The man who gave us our order wasfriendly as well. When we asked for condiments he happily obliged. All in all from speaker to the second window we were in lineabout 5-6 minutes which isn't bad for a McDonald's and a long line. There were cars in front and behind us and they still gotthe order out in a timely manner! Read more

This McDonald's is just like the rest. They are never prepared and extremely dishonest. I can't ever get strawberry pies here... either because they are never made. It's on the menu but yet they don't make any. Then the lady thought i was in the drive thruand she tried to put an apple pie in the bag. She even told the other girl "so they're in the drive thru," and the girl says"no this is for the guy who is standing right there." Incredible not only are they not prepared but they also tried to rip meoff, and give me something for 50 cents in place of an item that costs 1.50. Be careful everyone.... On 12/05/2022 went to this Mcdonalds order 2 mcmuffin combos one with a small carmel frappe extra syrup which was correct the... other mcmuffin combo was not I ordered a medium carmel frappe with estra syrup and got a small mocha frappe with extra syrup ina medium cup filled up with whip cream. Tried calling the store and nobody wants to answer the phone. How very inconvenient thisplace is getting. I Come here all the time and now you guys want to start messing up orders. This is ridiculous for us honestpaying customers who are coming here so you all can get paid, and you can't even pay attention to orders or get them right andthen you cheat us out of our money. I paid damn near $25.00 in food, after ordering some other stuff. ALL BECAUSE YOU AREWORRIED ABOUT YOUR TIME AND TRYING TO MOVE PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR WINDOW FAST.
