Ordered on app, went to drive thru, male manager kept saying "I don't have nothing". Then he wanted to see receipt, showed it to... him, but he refused to give me my food!! Always in a bad mood and not organized they charged me twice and I didn?t get a receipt for my refund they only gave me the one... for the second transaction the cashiers are distracted and not focus on what they are doing. They forgot my dipping sauces theguy who charged me twice didn?t even apologize or explained me nothing they did whatever they wanted to with my debit card. Used to be the best coffee makers. Something happened in the last couple of weeks and now they're messing up orders and the... people aren't so polite. They also keep messing up my coffee order and gave me COLD house blend instead of a hot espresso shot.Smh. Just lazy. Passive aggressive. Read more
