Well, when you order a meal, you really expect that to be the meal that shows up, right? Especially when it's over $36 for one... large pizza, pasta and a half salad. But no pasta... no phone call. Nothing. Just didn't show. I had to go through my emails totry to figure out what happened and then I called... which just further ticked me off. I get to learn that DeAndre changed theorder, and that when DeAndre removed the pasta charge, he didn't discount the other items to what the price of the couponshould've been. So, I overpaid for the half salad. Did he call and say, "the pastas frozen, I have to remove it. did you want toorder anything else?" no... he did not. Because his customer service is lacking. He doesn't like his job. He shouldn't even haveit, because he only wants to say he is a "manager." If you were a manager worth your pay, you would've called. And half and halfisn't putting the meat all over the pizza. There's only 2 pieces without canadian bacon on it. Thanks for the overpriced, notworth the time meal. Read more
Today (3/9) was my 1st time patronizing and hearing about Mr. Jim's Pizza. I saw a commercial on NBC Channel 5 (KXAS) and wanted... to try a local pizza place. Always have had a great pizza! Favorite pizza would have to be the meat eater. Great bacon Plenty of toppings, great cheese,... fluff crust, and made on time. Worth the price. Read more
I ordered the bedder cheddar burger with garlic butter crust. Even though it looked appetizing, it tasted just ok. My husband... took a bite and couldn't eat the rest. I couldn't taste the crust flavor too. I think it wasn't added (not sure). Plus pointcoupons are a saver. Whether I will try other pizzas, I don't know.... noticed the staff were whispering when I picked up myorder. Read more

Great tasting Pizza I had the bedder cheddar burger. but took almost 1.5hrs to deliver... Door dash driver got then left another... driver had to deliver I'm guessing they didn't make the pizza until the 2nd driver came? Kinda pricey 24$ for 1 XL I've onlyhad 2 other pizzas in this price range this is the better of the 3, not stingy with the toppings. With free delivery and adiscount still came out to 27.xx and took over one hour that might be on door dash side?? If you got the extra to splurge andcan pick it up go for it. Read more
