This will be last time I order from Papa Johns. $50 on pizza for my family. Does no one quality check before the order goes out... the door? The pizzas clearly were backed up in the oven running atop of one another. Yet they send them to the customer anyways. Read more
Place an order and it was delivered to the wrong door and then when I called to address it the next day, when I was explaining... what happened, ?rob? the store manager rudely interrupted me. Seems another franchise bit the dust. Not only is Papa Johns outsourcing to DoorDash despite ordering directly from their app,... but they don't care about quality of service anymore. I got a delivery tonight and the poor dasher was horrified to find out Ihad a decent chunk of my order missing and there was no way to contact them cause they closed by the time she got to me. What'sworse is that there was an "unknown item" that was charged but not shown on her order list, which ended up being the pizza theyshorted me on. According to her, it was some kid working alone and didn't give a dang about what's being sent out, justconcerned to close the store before their scheduled time to close. Won't be ordering from them again which is sad cause I lovedtheir calzones (papasidias) and roasted banana peppers. Update: the manager was willing to give me store credit for what wasmissing but didn't give credit for the tax or tip despite a near $50 order after tax and delivery fees, something they fail toshow on their app final purchase order. I have been a big fan of Papa John's Pizza for years but not so much at this location. While it tasted good, the presentation... left a lot to be desired. On a scale of 1 - 10, this was a 5 at best. Read more

Every single time we order from this place, it?s has always been a huge disappointment. This is the worst papa John?s in the HEB... area. First of all, this place didn?t even deliver through papa John?s. They went through DoorDash. Guess what? They took over30 minutes to get here after finishing the food. Then it ended up with that the girl who delivered the pizza didn?t even pick upthe right order lol. We ordered 3 things and the girl pulls up with the entirely wrong order with only 1 item that wasn?t evenours. So another 30 minutes pass before we even see the pizza. Which resulted in the pizza being COLD and gross. The crust isthe part I love the most from a pizza from papa John?s. Somehow the managed to run that. The pizza does not have an originalcrust. It?s a thin crust pizza, which is so disappointing. There?s barely any crust? I mean how does that make sense? Thepepperoni and green chili pizza was awful. The pepperoni was not cooked at all. It?s still soft and squish, I don?t know howthat?s possible. The veggie pizza was okay. The cheese sticks? How dare you call them that. These are not cheese sticks. There?sa whole section in the middle that has 0 cheese. I never get heartburn but someone the pizza from here gave me heartburn. Iwould avoid this papa John?s at possible costs. This isn't about the food. It's Papa John's it's good food it's a corporate pizza place eat here. This is a message to corporate... and a message to the owner or management of this location. For a billion dollar company you could you at least slap some pain onthe front of your building? Your store looks so bad it looks like it's devaluating the neighborhood around it. I would think youwould want better corporate image and have your store clean sign painted wacky weeds out front removed. In short your buildinglooks like s**t and when the building looks like that it makes me think that nobody cares about the pizza or the food that'sbeing put out the door. Read more
