Virtually non-existent service here. Wait staff were friendly when seating and taking our order, but completely disappeared... after food was brought out. Never checked on us or offered refills despite clearly empty cups. Never even ventured into thesection we were seated in so that we could flag them down. "Bottomless" fries apparently have a bottom when nobody comes out togive refills and when the initial order only consists of less than 10 fries. Food was relatively good. Onion rings were freshand crisp. Ordered a burger with extra lettuce, but there was hardly any lettuce on it, but couldn't complain because there wasno wait staff to complain to. Needed cutlery and extra napkins, but again... No wait staff to ask for such basic things. Wewanted to order desserts but nobody came around to take our order. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I likeRed Robin food in general, but I'll probably skip this location in the future if I ever decide to give RR another chance. Read more
I would give no stars if possible. 30 dollars for 2 meals that was horrible. Nothing I received was fresh. Extremely old fries... that was smaller sized then a small. Absolutely nothing on the burger even slightly hot besides the disgusting old lettuce theyused. Will NEVER go back to this place I've had better food from McDonald's. Been a long time since I visited. The food is just as delicious as I recalled. The service by Shar was way beyond excellent. She... had a smile the entire time and made us feel like she really appreciated us being there. The wait wasn't too long. We were sat almost immediately. I got the pretzel bites for an appetizer. They were darker than I had... hoped. I didn't care for the beer cheese dip though it tasted weird to me but I also don't drink beer so it might have just beenan acquired taste thing. I got the Arctic Cod Fried fish which came with the bottomless fries. I really wanted to like this dishbecause I love fish but honestly it just didn't taste seasoned it was just so bland I ended up not finishing it. For dessert Igot the freckled lemonade cake. It was pretty decent. I didn't finish it but it tasted nice. The drink in the picture is theSunset Lemonade I didn't order that the person I was with did. I just thought it was pretty. It truly amazes me how places like this can advertise "Gourmet Burgers" and stay in business. Does this look like a "gourmet"... burger to you? It cost me $13.69 for a little cheeseburger with 2 pathetic pieces of bacon. Their burgers may be slightlybetter than McDonalds, but that's it. You can find a much better burger at Sonic, Braums, Burger Street, Whataburger or even Inand Out for a fraction of the cost. To call these burgers "gourmet" is an absolute joke. For a chain restaurant, the experience is pretty solid all around. The wait staff are kind, quick to seat you even during... evenings, and quick to serve. Other servers watched for our drinks to get close to empty and brought over refills without usasking. Fries are refillable and our burgers were tasty. You can lay and leave at the table and the price is affordable. Read more
Food quality and quantity was awesome. Their new cheesy fondue burger with bacon cheese dipping sauce was delicious as was their... mushroom swiss burger. Can't beat bottomless fries either! Service was fast and friendly and atmosphere of the place is cheeryand colorful. Outdoor seating available and is dog friendly so bring your furry friend along for burgers! Read more
Red Robin is just not quite worth the hype these days. And the piddly small amount of fries they give you is awful (7 fries with... my sandwhich). You ask for more since it is bottomless and wait 12 minutes, and finally the additional 11 fries show up afteryour meal is mostly over. What a rip. Read more
