This is still one of my favorite Sonic to visit. They're always friendly. My food is always hot and fresh and it's always... correct. I never have had a problem with my water being wrong , cold, gross, etc. Even during the lunch rush they're pretty fastfor Sonic or any other fast food for that matter. Read more

Ordered a number 7...cheese stix....and a hotdog....only got a coney ft long no tots or drink...then got a hotdog with no... ketchup or mustard packs. Not even a freaking napkin. Read more
Stopped at the drive-through on our way to another business. The intercom was not working. Waited for a couple of minutes and... then pulled forward and observed a male and female inside looking over the computer. She looked over at me and then went back towhat they were doing, no big deal. Figured they might have been having computer issues or something. I waited patiently forabout 5 minutes, chatting with my co-woker. She opened the window and said, "Can I help you?" It sounded kind of snotty, so Iapologized and explained I didn't know if the drive through speaker was working, so I had just pulled forward. She then said,"Yea, we were busy. What do you want?" That was defininately laden with attitude. So I said, "I'm sorry, we can go somewhereelse." She then said, "Are you sure?" completely insincerely. I responded yes and drove off. Terrible customer service with acompletely inappropriate attitude. I don't understand why there was any attitude, there was obviously AC in the building. Dependable delicious burgers & fries. Easy order and pay with quick delivery to me car. The the digital bombardment of displayed... ads and the 'too loud' music annoys me so often I move my car to an area without the ordering/menu marquee. Otherwise, yum!! Read more
Worst place, Placed an order for 3 combos and the idiot taking the order couldn't handle taking 3 combos, missed an entire... combo?! The girl that brought the food was nice and apologetic about not her fault she works with short minded idiots. Read more
So I ordered a yellow cake batter shake. This is what it looked like. I didn?t get a picture of the nuts, I?m guessing... peanuts, in it. Thank goodness I?m not allergic to nuts. Obviously they don?t wash their equipment between orders. I won?teven start on the way the staff looked and how the guy sounded on the drive thru speaker. I felt like I was interrupting hisnap, I definitely wasn?t interrupting his shower. Between the gross staff and the gross product, needless to say, I won?t beback. Read more
