Team is always great I get my coffee breakfast always and they are always amazing ;)
This is the worse Starbucks! The staff always closes before the actual closing time. On several occasions the staff have... informed me that the wait for my drink could exceed up to 15-20 minutes, which is not true they have my drink made within a fewminutes after ordering. The staff tries to lead customers away by saying the wait is going to be long. Such ridiculous behavior!One time one of the workers made my drink after she made the customer who was after me her drink and warmed up her food. I askedwhy didn?t she process my order first and a different employee jumped in and said ?she was before you ma?am? I said no she wasnot, the women was clearly behind me And I can see obviously. The original employee owned up to the wrong doing but didn?tapologize for what had transpired.This has happened multiple times and I refuse to give them anymore of my business. Read more
Worst service ever today from the employees here . Two girls at cash register one sitting on a stool. No greeting or what can I... get you so I just said what I wanted. Put my card in and stood there waiting while she talked to the girl on the stool . I said?am I good??. ? yeah you?re good.? Then waited 15 minutes for my drink . With only 3 girls in front me and one ordered water .The two at register hung out while one girl took her sweet time making drinks was even texting on her phone . Stopped & got my choc. Chip frappuccino, very good. Husband got some kind if almond cold drink he saw on the pic of the menu. ... He didn't like it very well. Didn't have to wait very long. Read more
