Do you want feathers on you wings!! This location think their customers do!! After waiting over an 1 hour for my food. I get... wings with feathers. How unsanitary this is!!! Two pictures second it was after my husband eat one and then saw the feathers!!! This is the 3rd time I order and they messed up my order. And the shift lead only said there?s nothing she can do!! I requestedfor my money and she refused to refund my money. I ask for a manager and she said there?s no manager. I don?t understand if shecan?t do anything or even supervise the food is in good condition before giving customers, what the heck she?s doing there. Nosympathy, she did even care, no personal responsibility to help her customers. 3rd time spending 36 something each time . So ify?all want feathers in your wings keep ordering from this location. I want my refund !!! It won?t let give non stars to post!!Negative zero my score !!! Read more

Best Wingstop I?ve ever dealt with. The staff is sweet and they tend to get my order right almost all of the time. I can only... count one time it was wrong and they quickly fixed the issue so I didn?t have to go back. I will only order from this Wingstopwhen I?m in the area. Read more

Half my order was wrong and I was missing a couple items. Called about 15 times and no one would pick up. Hell even waited on... hold for 45 minutes and still nothing. I love wingstop but this location is garbage. They are in desperate need of newmanagement Read more

I ordered for pickup. All of that was fine. Except the girl that gave my husband our order was rude, handed him the bag, didn?t... say a word and turned around. Alright, guess you?re having a bad day. Get home and my order was wrong, too many plain and twoless of lemon pepper. The kicker is the fact that the styrofoam containers they put them in were completely melted through. I?vehad a little pee size hole before but this is ridiculous. The entire bottom of one container had melted and a third of the topof the other. I literally could not even eat my wings because they tasted horribly of styrofoam and I?d rather not die that way.So now I?m out the money I spent AND I?m still hungry! I?ve not been impressed with the past few times we?ve ordered. Won?t beordering from this location again, and pretty sure I?m done with Wingstop all together! Read more

Would give less if I could. I ordered online and it was sent at 11:08pm August 2nd. It was supposed to be ready in 21 to 26... mins. I arrived early to get my boneless wings and opened it myself to check before I left. The bbq wings I ordered were PLAINwith bbq sauce placed on top. I asked JEFF (the MANAGER) to toss them. The girl who gave me my bag of un-tossed cold chicken(Ashley) watched from afar with wide guilty eyes. He told me that he couldn?t re-toss my wings, he would have to remake thembecause it was against policy. I looked at him with disbelief when his next question was, ?Do you just want more sauce?? No JEFFI don?t. He then went INTO THE KITCHEN AND RE-TOSSED the wings. I was satisfied and left. Not living far, when I got home mywings were cold and I had a lot more than I ordered. (Clearly they prepared a batch of plain to just toss in whatever someoneordered and didn?t want to get a new bowl dirty). I called to ask for a refund. JEFF, the store manager answered and proceededto say that it is AGAINST STORE POLICY to give REFUNDS! He said I was 10 mins late picking up my order that was ready at11:30pm. That means I would have to had picked up my food at 11:40pm. I advised him that I have a receipt that says it wasprinted at 11:29pm. So by my math, I was early and my wings would not have been in a bag yet if they were done at 11:30. JEFFSTILL REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY even after getting caught in a lie. I then asked if the store was corporate or a franchise. Hesaid, ?it?s a Coordinate Franchise.? Well it?s one of the other. He had no number just the District Mangers name, Jake.
