We love this restaurant every time we visit the area we dine here. Portions are great food is fresh and yummy. My favorite is... the salad bar. It transports you back to a time when life was much nicer and people are friendly drinks and food are wonderful.And people aren't staring into their phones. Family and adults can enjoy a great meal and great drinks. In a welcoming homestyleenvironment. Great fish fry. Had the cod, walleye, perch. combo platter. It was excellent!
Nice little small town restaurant. Good food and service. Saturday is rib or prime rib special.
New to the area. Love eating at local bars. Waited at the bar for our table. Was completely ignored by the bartender. He looked... in our direction multiple times and never addressed us. Served people that came up to the bar after us. Left this establishment,even though we were going to be seated next. Went to the bar down the street and was served immediately, despite being packed. EXCELLENT fish fry on Fridays!! Their combo appetizer is perfect to share if you're looking for a quick snack.

We have come here for the fish fry many times. The food is plentiful, hot and quickly served. You will not be disappointed. As a... side note: the house old fashion is one of the best around. We hope to try their Prime rib on a Saturday soon. Read more
