This has to be the trashiest Popeyes ever with the worst customer service. I purchased a chicken sandwich combo in the drive... thru and pulled off. Checked my food and immediately turned around. Walked in not even 1 min or so after my purchase and theywould not give me a refund because the lady in the drive thru purposely did not give me a ???? receipt and they said she alwaysgive receipts. I was like lady I just purchased it not even a minute ago but she still would not give me a refund. I'm fromLouisiana and trashy establishments like this give us a bad rep. HORRIBLE. Ordered an 8-piece mixed family meal that was supposed to come with 4 biscuits and 1 large side. I requested half... spicy & half mild with red beans and rice plus an additional large red beans and rice. I was charged $35.70 only to get home andhave NO biscuits, no wings, and chicken that was ALL spicy and cooked to a pulp. It was so tough and chewy when biting throughthe skin. It was also extremely dry. I couldn?t finish eating so it was money wasted. I?ve been to multiple Popeyes many timesand this is the worst experience and quality I?ve ever had it. I tried to call both numbers on my receipt only to get no answer.The phone rings a couple times then disconnects to a busy signal. This is ridiculous. I have a small child and do not live closeenough to just run back up to this location. Every time my husband and I go to this location the food is just not right. DO NOT go to this location! I waited at the speaker box in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I was the only one in line when I... got there but a line of cars pulled in behind me while I was waiting. I said HELLO a couple of times and tapped my horn to getattention from whoever was working the drive thru but got nothing back. When I finally pulled around a confused employee cameto the window and I explained that I had been waiting for quote some time and that there was now a very long line in their drivethru. He closed the window on me for a couple of minutes and then came back and said his manager told me I need to pull backaround to order. Are you kidding?!?!?! Ever heard of CUSTOMER SERVICE? Staff needs more training. Literally arguing with customers. The manager did not change gloves or wash hands after cleaning or... using registers. He wore the same gloves and prepared someone?s chicken sandwich. I got my refund and left? Do not eat here! Read more

Horrible experience every time I come I work across the street at the railroad so I'm here often or I used to be. They always... have the door locked to the lobby during business hours.have to walk through the drive-thru to order chicken most of the timesthey're always out of mild chicken they're all Hispanic and seem related they're just goofing off having fun and have no care ordesire to please the customer I'm waiting right now over 15 minutes for them to drop some more male chicken and I only order athree piece. The lobby is open today and all the tables are dirty with chicken crumbs on them they're always out of hot sauceketchup all the condiments to go with the chicken how are they still in business really in need of New Management Read more

I don't know if it's just Popeyes in and around Dallas Texas.... I came to this location solemnly because I dont learn! 3.4 avg... review and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a number one and I understand that pictures are curated and thereality is different, but by God at least I expect it to be very close to the picture in the menu. *****DO NOT EAT HERE******* I arrived at store at approximately 620pm on 6/29/22. I ordered an 8pc meal. I asked for all dark... meat. I was told they can't do that. The popeyes by my house does it all the time. So I ordered an extra 2 legs and 2 thighs formy family since they don't eat breasts. I ordered 24pc nugget. 2 strawberry cheesecake pies. After sitting in the store for 50minutes. I was handed my order. I was in such a hurry and I didn't check it. I received 4 wings, 4 breasts. 2 more wings and 2more breasts for the extra pieces. I received 2 apple pies. My order was 59.45. My entire order was wrong except the 24 nuggets.Which is why they said it tool so long. During my wait. Another lady arrived order 14. She ordered ahead. It wasn't ready whenshe arrived. They informed her they didn't have what she ordered. Right after was an Uber driver. Order 24. Her order was notready. I was order 23. I tried calling the store several times to make arrangements to return the uneaten food. I didn't touchany of it. They never answered the phone. I am a truck driver so I am currently getting loaded at a shipper and am unsure if Ican return to the store before they close at 10pm. I call the customer service center. I hope to get my money back.
