Visited the Hutchinson KS location. Drive thru. Chicken tenders were cold. Fries weren't fresh n Hella salty. Dr pepper was all... carbonation. Girl at window was annoyed at our complaints. We ordered to turkey market fresh sandwiches. After getting home and opening our sack and placing them on our plates for our... lunch, we noticed that neither of our sandwiches had any meat or cheese on half of each of our sandwiches. We tried calling thestore to speak to the Manager, but no one would answer. My husband drove back to town to the store to show the Manger. Oh Weare sorry as we get busy and it happens. Wow!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Unfortunately this isn't the first time we have had lousyfood service and food from here. We will not be going back needless to say. Read more

My son chose Arby's for lunch/dinner, and we had a good experience. There was only one other customer in the store. We actually... thought the dining room might be closed, but it wasn't. We ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches with cheese and curly friesand a french dip with curly fries. Everything was really good. We ate inside the restaurant, several of the tables were dirty,but we found one that wasn't and enjoyed our meal. It would be nice if you didn't have to ask employees for sauce packets orsalt or forks. Read more
Ordered the roast beef and cheddar meal with a coupon. Came out quick, hot fries. No problems.
