Great drinks slushy specials especially during happy hour or if you order through the app.
Fries and tots tasted old and greasy, ordered 2 number 1's the meat tasted old and nasty, had very little lettuce and the... tomatoes were old and soggy, mozzarella sticks were okay, really the only thing that tasted good were our cherry limeades. Thislocation(4th St) just keeps getting worse. I would rather drive to the South Hutch location. Won't be going back there. $26dollars went straight to the garbage after only 2 bites. Went here oct 14 and was so irritated!! The guy was just walking around with food and drinks and asking everyone if it was... theirs! Not looking at the tickets for the stall # or even name for the order ahead which shows you.. so instead of it taking usless than 10 mins to get ours it took almost 20 needless to say the food was cold and the drinks didn't taste right, plus hedidn't tell us which was which so we had to figure it out. Then we leave cause it's busy and we'd been trapped a while just tosee we didn't even get the sauces we added on the app either. Just to add I even left a tip when I paid on the order ahead..really?? I was at the 4th street Sonic in Hutchinson KS at about 2:35pm on August 31st 2022. The shake I ordered was good but the service... was slow and not very friendly. I placed my order and then set in the same spot for about 5 minutes. When I got to the pick upwindow, the person told me the total, $5.46. I gave her $6. She took the money and put it with her money. When she brought myshake to the window, she handed it to me then closed the window. She did not return my change and she did not give me a receipt. Read more
the food is always as i expect it to be and i never have had to wait long but some of the employees are unfriendly...i asked for... extra napkins and the manager came to the drive thru window and said she already put some in my bag and i told her i that ineeded more than the three that were in my bag and she handed me ONE more...i like it best pulling up and using the carhop Read more

All I can say is wow! Some parents need to spank their children!!! It is bad enough paying almost $6.50 for a medium onion ring... and a drink, but to get uncalled for rude behavior from some Narcissistic colored hair girl.
