I reviewed McDonalds as a google guide and gave very high regards to the establishment but now as time a has game on my view is... starting to change , prices are escalating and the drive through lines become slower (but busier) But the topper was a couplemonths back we went through the drive through and order 3 burgers 2 cheese burgers ect get home after a very long day on theroad driving. hungry sat down to find no hamburgers just 2 cheese burgers so ok she gave them to me and she ate the cold fishsandwich we order ok fine I went to eat the cheese burgers first bite, to my amazement I got a WISH SANDWICH that being I wishI had some MEAT IN IT !!all Bun Dam it, Open the top on the other one and same thing WHERES THE MEAT !! called the store longwait to talk to a SUPERVISOR not the manager as I asked for So casually stated oh we will send out a coupon for a free meal WHAT1 free meal this disrupted 2 peoples meal for starters, Needless to say I had a bowl of cereal and went to bed, So cold food nofood and snotty supervisor and of course there was never and coupon mailed out and no follow up If I could I would rescind myprevious guide review. Not a great showing by McDonald's with there LACK of food cold sandwiches and fries(I live 2miles fromstore ) after spend close to 30 bucks on the visit. Could have been corrected with some empathy and a Im sorry by staff or offera compromise to get the food we ordered that night HOW ABOUT A FREE DELIVERY but never offered not my first choice for drivethrough service any longer SORRY Read more
drove a half an hour as this was the closest mcdonalds to get the adult happy meals, they came in regular meal bags and they... gave my boyfriend cheese on his big mac when he asked for no cheese and we got all the way back home before we realized. theyweren?t even busy. came here before and cheeseburgers and slopped together and sometimes smell like fish. Went thru drive thru and asked for plain hamburger nothing on it , of course it was wrong so we went inside to get it right and... then they put ketchup on it , when we called they won?t do anything because the second time we went in we didn?t specify noketchup ?. May I ask how long the lettuce was sitting out because brown lettuce on both of my micchickens is not ok. I think that this... could be a health violation because contaminated food is nasty especially if its rotten. Thanks McDonald's employes for keepingyour food so good and rotten.
