Indeed friendly staff. So the turnaround has slowed significantly if not stopped. Seems the staff they have now has been here... quite some time. And they've learned nearly every drink (including ones not on the menu). They take the time to know who stopsin. Keep it up guys!!!! Read more
This starbucks location is awful! They are sooooo slow! I just stood in line for 10+ minutes and they got thru 1 order with pry... 12 or more people in line. The gal that's always working (younger bigger gal) makes 1 drink at a time! No sense of speed. I leftthe line. Please get staff that can actually keep up! I've been here every week since I moved to town. Starbucks has the best options for me as I am dairy free, and is the only... coffee shop in town that has consistent espresso shots every time I get a drink. The staff here is incredibly friendly andpositive, even when there is a line out the shop! They have my order all written up as soon as they see me walk in. The baristas here make good frappuccinos and are pretty friendly; though I've had one experience of being the only one there... (and ready to order at the cash register) while the two baristas there chatted with each other and didn't acknowledge me at all.That's really the only negative experience I've had out of going there probably 10 times, so I'd recommend it. I recommend theGreen Tea Creme Frappuccino, but only if you like green tea. Otherwise my other go-to's are the Strawberry Acai Refresher andMocha Frappuccino. Read more
Always very busy, always do a wonderful job. I ordered a black coffee without realizing it was 5 minutes before closing time,... and instead of mentioning this, they simply told me there would be a wait while they brewed it. Once I realized the time, Iordered an Americano instead, but I was very impressed with how professional and courteous they were. Read more
