Breakfast menu but no breakfast. Of course like every other store they are using "food shortage" of only breakfast items as the... excuse. Strange how it only affects breakfast items. Anyway the lunch for breakfast was good, just hate that we drove 25 minutesfor breakfast burritos and ended up with a crunchwrap and some tacos. Hey at least I got my Baja Blast. Read more

Went to the drive thru. From even there you can tell everything was dirty. We had 4 meals in total. We only received 3. When we... got home, I tried to call and they didn?t answer. Waited till after dinner rush and they still didn?t answer. Called 6 times inan hour. Won?t be going back. I?d rather drive further for better. Read more
First time visiting, drive thru at the dinner rush time. I was with several people and we had a large sized order. Our food came... fast, fresh, and hot. The drive thru missed one item, cinnamon twists. I went in to ask about the cinnamon twists and staff wasvery understanding and apologetic. I was immediately given 2 orders of cinnamon twists and a coupon for a hard shell taco on mynext visit. I appreciated the response for customer service. In my opinion the owners of this Taco Bell unit don?t care about their business. The inside is sways dirty so I prefer to use... the drive thru which doesn?t work well. One day I wait 20 minutes on the drive thru line and the other day 15 minutes at leastand that just for ordering. When I got the order a surprise, they missed two itens. The food is good but the service isTERRIBLE. I hope they figure it out a way to make this store work well. Read more
Very dirty indoor seating. The bathroom almost made me puke my food up. Looking in the cooking are food was all over everything.
We were in hutchinson and decided to have some yummy taco bell. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough workers and after... waiting at least 10 we decided to spend our money where we can be served. Probably would have been good, but I'll never know! Read more
I have been at this taco bell a few times. For some reason my soft tacos were dripping when they should not be. And another... time I wanted a power bowl and the lady didn't know the ingredients and another person ordered the same thing thankfully the guyknew what went in it. Read more
