Only 3 stars because the few other time we?ve been to this location it had been absolutely horrible, but today was an exception.... Wonderful, quick service. We usually have to stand at the door for 5 plus minutes waiting on a host, but she was up front thistime, wonderful! We decided to sit at the bar, Hannah took care of us, a few drinks & an appetizer. She was greeting people atthe front door, seating them, making drinks for a full bar, on top of have 3 or 4 tables in the bar area. She really is a star.Doing it all with a smile! Unfortunately I cannot say this will be everyone?s experience, seeing as I?ve been here several timeswith terrible service. Either way, good job Hannah! Thank you! Read more
Every Chili's in the area seems to be understaffed and only serving the bar area. Good luck getting a table if you have a party... greater than 6. We saw many people walk out the door because they didn't want to wait. Despite the staffing issues, our visitwas good. Available staff was friendly and attentive. I asked our waitress if they knew why all the Chili's seem to be this waynow, but they didn't really know. My food was kind of lukewarm, but acceptable. It nice to find a sit down restaurant that costless than $40 to feed a family of 4 these days too. Read more
Besides the staff blatantly talking s*** about each other in ear shot of customers, it's pretty delicious. I ?? the Patron... Blackberry Margarita is so yummy!! And the triple dipper is a classic! Read more
Walked to the door around 11am, where I was told it?d be a minute before they opened, since some few key people didn?t come in.... I said no problem, and they offered to let me sit inside, due to the wind. Once I was sat, Sheila, my server, was superresponsive, fast, and polite. Great local chili?s with good service and good food. Place has always been clean and wait staff always try their... best. Sometimes things on the menu are not available so it?s hit or miss depending on when you go. We went one time and theyhad no dinner napkins. Had to give us bar napkins for dinner. Read more

I?m glad we live close by chili?s. I love that they have a full bar and they open pretty late. Food tho, some of the items are... below standard in terms of quality vs price, but lucky that most of the food good and delicious to eat. The atmosphere is alwaygood. Service and staff are most of the time diligent and attentive. This is my 4 star place that I will keep coming back! Read more
We went on Veteran?s Day for a quick dinner and ordered the ?Oldtimer Burger?. I ordered mine without the bun. We sat in a... booth in the bar area. The atmosphere was pleasant and the wait staff were very attentive. The bartender took our order. Theydidn?t even charge us for the tea since we are Veterans. The burgers were flavorful and the fries were nice and hot. We werepleased and satisfied. Will definitely go back! Read more
