I think we officially have to switch pizza places. We've given an abundance of opportunities to get things correct. All the way... from hours late deliveries, to wrong ingredients, to completely missing ingredients, to undercooked food. And as I, like mostpeople, don't like to waste money, we won't be ordering from this Domino's any time in the near future. The bread bites weredeflated and undercooked and also, that is not anywhere close to 32. We removed 1 to break apart, but other than that thepicture is how the box came. Read more
Long story short I ordered the pasta, sausage, and marinara and it arrived with no pasta. I called the store and they told me... that they don't believe me and that I needed to drive to the store to prove it to them. I told them that wasn't going to happenas my child was asleep and I wasn't go to wake him up to prove they made a mistake. I asked for a refund and they said it wouldbe refunded, but it hasn't been. I've ordered from here many times before but moving forward I will be choosing to no longergive them my business. Read more
Was here last night and ordered a pizza from this location. Ordered Pacific Veg Hand tossed. They have car side delivery where... they come and hand the pizza to you in your car. It was a good experience.Only thing they forgot to put pizza liner under thebox and I would highly suggest as the pizza gets stuck to the cardboard box . They had the pizza ready at the promised time. Read more
I have ordered at least 5 times from this store, they dint get my order right 3 times. They either miss the toppings, forget to... add dips or forget the extra cheese. I go here because they are so close by. They can deliver pizza to your car at the parkinglot or you can have it store picked. Staffs are ok, seems to be a very busy store. Read more
I'd give 0 stars if I could because 0 service is what I received. At 6:13 called a pick up order in. At 6:40 arrived to pick up... said order. Was told it couldn't be located and I'd have to come back in 30 minutes. Despite the waste of my time, I managed tohang out in the parking lot and At 7:14 went back to pick up the pizza. The pizza was still missing???? And worse the managerrefused to come to the front to speak to me. This was truly the most terrible experience Ive ever had just trying to get someDomino's pizza. This location is something else. I ordered a medium pizza online. When I walked in the young lady didn?t speak she asked me my... first and last name. The total was $8.65 I come inside to pay the young African American lady says your order is $9.00 I tellher it?s $8.65 she tells me oh that?s because we don?t have change. I can see if she asked to let me know but she told me$9.00. I tell her I have the .65 cents then she says I don?t have the safe key and ask another associate. Then 2 minutes latershe hands me $1.00 I tell her I should receive $2.00 back if my bill is $8.65 I gave her $10.65. The other associate tells herthat?s correct. Then the young lady basically was like here and she told me to have a nice evening very rudely voice. The younglady with the pink, purple hair always provide good customer service. I?m not sure if she is having a bad day but she shouldhave left that outside the door. Also you can?t tell a customer we don?t have change we have to keep the change. I used to like them but they have gone downhill. Takes hours to get your food, over everytime what they say & when you do get... it, it's wrong. I ordered one pizza half pepperoni, other half pepperoni, beef, & sausage...it's shows up half pepperoni & halfsausage. My other pizza I requested banana peppers too & literally got barely any. It's ridiculous. I keep giving them chancesdue to pizza insurance but no more. I would NOT recommend this Domino's in Hutto. They, hands down are horrible. Read more
Ordered 2 meat pizzas with onions and mushrooms. Order was to be ready at 5pm. My father picked the pizzas up at 5 and was home... by 5:15. We have 2 over done pizzas with mushrooms and onions ONLY. NO MEAT! No one will make this right, so now my husband andfather are taking them back. I would post pics if I could. I'm editing. My husband just called and they are making new pizzas. Read more
