Asking a customer if they want something additional without letting the customer know its an extra charge. The other day the... employee ask if I want to double dip my chocolate cone. I decline and then ask at the window if its an extra charge. She is noit wasn't. Today I was offer the double dip option and I said yes. It was an extra .40 charge. Not much money but this isn'tthe only time they do this questionable up selling. Only experience this with Mayfield DQs. Read more
Fast, friendly, and clean. Great store with very polite staff. We usually stop by a Dairy Queen on the way home from a trip,... typically in a small town. Those are always local attractions but tend to be old and not as clean. This store was new and veryclean. Read more
Not sure if he is the manager but he was very nice and courteous. Blue apron, beard man... I didn't see his name. Been having a... rough day and I said a brownie and Oreo cupfection would be nice ... I added some extras ( peanuts and caramel). It wasdelicious. Thank you Hutto DQ! Read more
Awesome local Dairy Queen. Service has always been great although the lines can sometimes be long at the drive through, it?s... worth the wait. Bring the pooch with you and ask for a complimentary pup cup which is vanilla ice cream and a biscuit. Read more

The manager was my cashier for my order and he was really nice. I wanted a dipped cone with more than one flavor, but they... couldn't do that. Instead they put the ice cream in the bowl form and put my two flavors on it. The treat tasted the same as acone. Probably cost me a little more than a cone too. Read more
We stopped in for a snack and shared a basket of the three for $5 tacos on sale. The taco shells were very crisp, there was... plenty of meat and toppings. They were well worth the $5. The facility was very clean. Read more
