I ordered breakfast on the app because my blood sugar was dropping and I needed to eat quickly. I live 3 hours away, so going... home to make breakfast wasn't an option. First, the app quoted one price, but when I arrived, I was charged almost $5 more. WhenI arrived, I was told "We don't have Frappe's, Black Coffee ok?" I said "No, it isn't. I don't like Black Coffee, which is why Ididn't order it. Also, there's quite a difference in price. But, can you tell me why I was charged more than the app said Iwould be?" I tried showing her the app. She spoke limited English, and said "That's an app order. I don't know. But, you cancelorder and then I make food." I asked about the refund. She repeated what she said. I tried explaining that this overcharge leftme unable to "just place another order" and that I was having a blood sugar issue. She brought another employee to the window. Iexplained the same thing to him. He relayed it to her. Then told me that I wouldn't actually be charged, but I had to cancel myorder on the app. Then, upon placing another order, they could get me breakfast. No, a gift card refund for immediaterectification was not possible. But, just cancel the order. I canceled the order. Was not able to get food. My blood sugardropped to 67. And, I got charged the full, wrong, amount (completed/hard posted to my account). I have tried contacting therestaurant. I was told it was not their problem, it was a problem with the app. I called their 800 number. I was told I wouldget a call back within 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called back. They looked up my complaint. Their notes stated that I wascomplaining over them being out of Frappe's! NO! I want my refund!!! I want to understand why they couldn't explain to me why Iwas getting overcharged! I want to know why they thought a Black Coffee was an appropriate substitute for a Frappe. Got in line at 11:30pm and due to extremely poor management and service when we got to the menus to order finally at 11:58 they... suddenly were shut off as if they had no line. Us along with about 10 other cars were hung out to dry by the night manager whowhen we tried to order at the window admitted it was his fault and he needs to do better? obviously. Sad that this is the levelof ?customer service? that someone is willing to provide. Avoid after 11 and good luck if you don?t. Read more

I don?t understand why you can?t go here after 8 or 9 pm because the quality is atrocious. Is it really that difficult to make... sure a sandwich is assembled correctly instead of just flinging it in the box. Purchased 10/12/2022 @ 940 pm Read more

On Google it says it's open but drive through was blocked off and inside lobby was closed with all the lights on. Called the... number and no one answered, the call went to the customer service call center. They are unaware of the hours for each individualstore but said they would pass along the message. There were cars in the parking lot showing people should be inside working.Also several people were driving up to the drive through. I would assume they are locals to Hutto so I'm sure they know thehours for this location. I wish they would have put a sign or something. Read more

We went by McDonald's Saturday around noon on the way to see my son. My wife and I got the chicken sandwich. The service was... great. The food was hot. The sandwich tasted good. The only issue was the sandwichs were so dry you could hardly eat them. Read more

I try really really hard to not write negative reviews because as someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I... understand things happen and sometimes you just have a bad day. On Sunday we went to your drive-thru to order food. There was ahuge line on your inside lane and no one was in line on the outer lane. When we pulled up, the employee simply said "We're nottaking orders right now." There was no explanation or apology or anything. We then asked if you were closed and the responsewas, "No, we're just not taking orders, right now." We pulled away more than a little confused without an explanation. As wedid so, I glanced at the window and it appeared that the employees were laughing and joking with each other, instead of tryingto help resolve whatever issue was preventing them from taking orders. The very least they could have done was come out to letthe inside lane customers know they would not be able to order. Who knows how long they were waiting! If I were leading thisteam, I would want to be made aware that my customers are being served or rather not served in this matter, so I could ensureimprovements were made. It makes your restaurant and McDonald's in general look bad. Read more

Ordered a Large orange juice and only received a medium, along with a medium caramel mocha and received a small. This seems to... only happen at this location. My wife and I started noticing the discrepancy after ordering the same thing from a differentlocation. After pointing this out to the staff, they doubled down even though the cups clearly state what size they are and typeof beverage. Read more

Yeah I?m pretty sure the chicken isn?t supposed to be black like this Still tried it to see if it was just the color, but nope... it tasted like charcoal aswell.
