Hair on my pizza! This is the second time they?ve messed something up within a week.
We love papa johns.. Good food.. Easy option for that night we don't want to cook.. Really important though, DONT ORDER... DELIVERY.. If you do it will take hours! Order takeout and it will be ready when they say it is.. The folks are working theirbutts off in there, but I fell like food delivery services take ptiority or maybe they don't have enough delivery drivers.. Sojust get off your couch and pick it up unless you order your food in advance. Read more
Countless times this location has failed on several aspects with pickup and delivery and the actual quality of the food. They... often forget an item or get an order completely wrong. Delivery is forever because they contract through DoorDash. Carry outalso takes forever and the app doesn?t update with the correlating times so although it may show your order is ready, it may beadditional 30 minutes. No one answers the phone to fix the issues and sending complaints via corporate is worthless. Unless youhave the ability to go in the kitchen and make your order, save your time and order from somewhere else. Read more
Bad service. Went to pick up my pizza and the order was not even started yet and it had been 20 minutes since I placed the order... on the phone. This has happened two out of the last three times I have been there including tonight. Good product but lousyservice. Will not go back. Read more
I order 3 pizza's last night and I must say they were lousy the sauce seemed like it was poured on the Supreme was mainly sauce... onions and bell pepper some meat if you look hard enough.I have never seen a cheese pizza that was mainly red with sauce l thinkit is time to go back to pizza hut or go to the store and buy a frozen one Read more
I am so glad I decided to try papas again. Yes I too had a couple bad experiences so I hadn?t been, but was told they had... restarted and the quality was back to the best. I was NOT disappointed! Amazing looking pizzas and flavor, with the niceststaff! They got our business back for sure!! Read more
