My food came out greasy soggy cold after I waited an extra 20 minutes past my pick up time. The staff seemed very unprofessional... to the extent that they were cussing and yelling in the store with guest present. I arrived at the pickup time and the manager told me that there was a problem with the oven and my pizza was halfway through.... She told me I could wait for 15 minutes or cancel. I chose to wait. I walked back up to the counter 15 minutes later and nobodyknew where my pizza was. A guy that just came in went up to the counter and got his pizza within a couple of minutes. Afterwalking around in circles a couple of times, the girl from the front told me that it would be about 10 more minutes for my pizzato be ready. At this point, it was already about 20 minutes past the original pickup time. I called in an order for 6:45-7 pm pickup after work. I ordered a large thin pizza half cheese, half pepperoni and mushroom.... Also ordered boneless buffalo wings which I was told a small order was 8 pieces. Upon getting my pizza home to my family, thepizza was like cardboard, I live 5 minutes away and drove straight home, and I received only 6 boneless wings! But, the wingswere tasty and fresh. This Pizza Hut is hit or miss. I don't know if they switch managers a lot or employees or what's going on,but, we're definitely looking for someplace else to buy great pizza! Read more
