My food came out greasy soggy cold after I waited an extra 20 minutes past my pick up time. The staff seemed very unprofessional... to the extent that they were cussing and yelling in the store with guest present. I arrived at the pickup time and the manager told me that there was a problem with the oven and my pizza was halfway through.... She told me I could wait for 15 minutes or cancel. I chose to wait. I walked back up to the counter 15 minutes later and nobodyknew where my pizza was. A guy that just came in went up to the counter and got his pizza within a couple of minutes. Afterwalking around in circles a couple of times, the girl from the front told me that it would be about 10 more minutes for my pizzato be ready. At this point, it was already about 20 minutes past the original pickup time. The fact that somebody who justwalked in 20 minutes after me got their pizza right away tells me that they forgot my order. I told them to cancel the order. Read more
I called in an order for 6:45-7 pm pickup after work. I ordered a large thin pizza half cheese, half pepperoni and mushroom.... Also ordered boneless buffalo wings which I was told a small order was 8 pieces. Upon getting my pizza home to my family, thepizza was like cardboard, I live 5 minutes away and drove straight home, and I received only 6 boneless wings! But, the wingswere tasty and fresh. This Pizza Hut is hit or miss. I don't know if they switch managers a lot or employees or what's going on,but, we're definitely looking for someplace else to buy great pizza! Read more
The pizza was old, and it looked like all they did was put back into burner to reheat because it was not what I asked for. I... asked for pan and got thin pizza. They even burned it so there was no sauce on the pizza. Everything was old tasting and dry.This was my second time ordering and never again. It is run by kids and they do not care. Exceptional customer service! I was having trouble with the online ordering system so I called and placed my order over the... phone and the guy was super understanding and helpful. The drive through pick up lane is very convenient and the girls(Jennifer, and someone else who I can?t recall her name) who helped me get my order at the window were so kind and sweet. Therewas a slight issue with my order but it was a quick fix and the shift leader, Sharron was a big help! Great team and greatworkers :) Read more
