Had lunch here today. This ain't Central Texas BBQ. The brisket was tender and moist, but had very little smoke on if. The... brisket was actually cooked meat color, not the dark mahogany colored bark that our BBQ is known for. I'm not posting pic's,but, look at the brisket pic's already on here for the pale color. The small fat cap on mine was light tan at best....and youcan see the black pepper flakes. You should not be able to distinguish pepper on a well smoked brisket. You can smell the smoked meats before you get out of the car. The guys running it were very friendly. They have some different... offerings, such as jalapeño apple coleslaw and elote salad. We got both of these things and the flavors just elevated theentire meal. The meats were solid. As good, if not better, than alot of "better known" places I've been to. Damn good brisket. I had it a year ago and it?s still just as good. It was moist and pull apart tender. Seasoning was subtle as... well as the smoke, but it was flavorful. The jalapeño coleslaw was a good addition to the brisket. It wasn?t spicy at all, andtasted great for a coleslaw. Read more

The food has been devoured! I come from a family that bleeds bbq in and out of cook offs and wanting to try every ?decent? plate... I could find. I accidentally tripped over this place and mannnn I am so pleased! The brisket is cooked to perfection every partof it melts in your mouth. Their twist on the coleslaw was different but I?m not mad at it it was also quite delicious! We willbe coming back! You get all the bang for your buck 10/10 recommend! Read more
