We love Sonic and the deals we get through the app and the deals they run in general. But, there has been two times that we... don?t get everything we ordered. We have to call and go back to the store. There?s no compensation they can give you for yourtrouble but a drink token for a free drink. Today, the manager on duty was very rude in her tone of voice and the words she usedwhen she spoke to me. Please double, triple check your orders so your customers do not have to drive back to get what wasforgotten because by the time you get back home, your food is cold. Read more
I have not been here in a long time so I thought I would stop by. It has come a long way, but for the worse. Limp soggy room... temp fries with and off flavor of a deep fryer that needs new oil. Fries are whatever, I should have gotten tots anyways. Myburger was the biggest let down though. The bun was smashed and soggy, which made it resemble the consistency of something likewet clay. The veggies were not crisp what so ever. It did not resemble a burger in flavor nor texture. It was more like a solidwet mass of something you would get from a buffet. The beef also just tasted cheap. Not even a joke, but I think that McDonaldsacross the street puts out higher quality food. Not sure if I got really unlucky, or if this chain has fallen victim to costcutting like many other restaurants today. The staff was really nice at least. I miss the old Sonic. Take back your sugarycraving items and give us back the classics done well. Read more

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Over 15 minutes. No one has answered to take an order. Stall or drive thru. this is the second time i?ve been here & both times the food is OLD. you can tell these tater tots are old by the color. & then... they forgot gravy after they had already told me it comes with gravy. so when it was left out, i asked for the gravy & theybrought me literally water as gravy. and the exact person who brought me the gravy, her name was TRINITI & the first time i camehere, they had my gravy spilled all inside the box, not even in the container & the food is always soggy. never fresh. yall needto do better & teach your employees to make fresh food and get rid of the old food throughout the day. Ordering ahead on the app was very easy. Wasn't happy that my large iced coffee that I ordered with easy ice actually arrived... with extra ice so was gone in less than five sips. Read more
