I just went to have dinner with my Two young kids. The server asked us to move out of line so he can get the couple behind. Now... we had to complete the process from outside the line. I was frustrated and you can see it on my face. When I paid the guy threwthe reciept at me. Then when we sat down he was telling the other 3 employees how he was proud he gave me attitude saying " Idont give a F0ck about this job". It clearly showed . Thankfully I was with my kida so I was able to containt myself. He is ayoung kid but still does not make it right. Next time be aware they are children in the store. Wont be coming back. Read more
Trash. Just trash. I haven?t had subway in probably 10+ years but I really wanted a wrap with cheddar sun chips. This is my go... to meal at Jersey Mikes but they are either out of cheddar sun chips or don?t offer it anymore so I looked at subway and, sureenough, they had my beloved chips. So, I ordered my wrap and chips and excitedly waited for my favorite lunch to bedelivered. My order gets here. I?m stoked. I open the bag and it?s already a disappointment. The wrap is about half the sizeof a Jersey Mike?s wrap. This is annoying to me bc I usually save half for later. Whatever, imma still eat my lunch. Pull itout of the paper and it?s flatter than a notebook. Take a bite, there?s ONE SLICE OF EACH OF THE TWO MEATS! Are you joking? Whatkind of psychopath puts one slice of meat on a sandwich/wrap?! I also ordered bacon and there was no bacon. How dare they denyme my bacon ???? So, I basically had a tortilla with mayo, mustard, and lettuce for lunch today. Delicious. Well, at least Igot my cheddar sun chips ???? Subway, you done me dirty. Jersey Mike?s, you will forever be my favorite sandwich shop, even ifyou don?t bring back my cheddar sun chips. Read more
The staff was friendly and really quick at making the sandwiches. Ours were toasted and very fresh!
Subs have become unusually expensive. 26$ for 2 foot longs+chocolate chip cookie. The sandwiches can be more generous with... fillings. There was not enough chicken or bacon or onions or other choices. I used to love sub-way. But after this not anymore.The white bread was kinda tough white eating. Read more
Clean store, fresh products. Customer service could be slightly better. The associate want rude, she just wasn't welcoming.
I was denied a water cup in this 100+ temperature (7/10 at 7:30 pm). Unbelievable and repulsive customer service. I paid for a... footlong through online order and decided to eat at the location during pickup. I will not be visiting this location again. Read more
My wife had seen Subway on the K-dramas she watches and has wanted to try them out so we went to a local one over the holiday... weekend. The Hutto location is like most others. It was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was polite. My wife enjoyed itwhich is what mattered. Will go there again Read more
Staff (i belive her name was Gabriella) was very friendly, store was clean, food was well portioned. Great and quick lunch.
