Jeralyn is one of the best people I have ever met, I came across this stop at the very end of a cross country trip from Ames to... California and back and I was positively charmed by her attitude and demeanor in the shop. I think the employee's name was named Desiree. Whoever was this woman went above and beyond for me. I had a " Medical issue"... that required something sharp. I asked if she had a safety pin and I showed her what I needed it for And she went above andbeyond to find me something that was surprisable. And then went and made sure that I That I had alcohol wipes neosporn andBandage for afterwards. She help me dress it And was extremely nice and sympathetic for what I was going through. She didn'tneed to do any of that she didn't even need to find me anything that I was looking for considering they didn't sell it. Things have really smoothed out in the year they been open. Probably one of my favorite Gas Stations. The cashiers work really... hard at remembering regular customers usual purchases to speed things up. The way they can double/triple run those registers iscool. Pizza from many gas stations is hit or miss on quality but these guys here rarely have an old slice sitting in theircabinets. I really like this place. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Kum& go. I was discriminated against while I was there and being told it was the policy.... Absolutely disgusted with the young lady behind the counter. If I could rate a zero star rating I would. Kum& go you should dobetter by actually knowing who you hire. Read more
