The girl at the counter acted like she didn't want us there. We showed our coupons before we ordered, when we got to the... checkout she charged us full price and said we don't accept those coupons. The guy in the back changed it but not what wewanted. Read more
Dear Subway and Lynn specifically, I want to reach out and apologize for my recent visit. Asking for a modifier that is... offered on your menu board is simply unacceptable. For that, I'm sorry. I'm so fortunate that you did not call the police thenand there for such treacherous behavior. Asking for a glass of water. Unacceptable. The fact that you only rolled your eyes atme in response is something I'm wildly thankful for. I deserved so much worse for such a wildly inconsiderate request on mypart. I'm so embarrassed to behave in such a way in public. I can't even imagine what I would have done next without yourguidance....Ask to use the restroom? The humanity!!!!! I want to thank you for giving me a blank stare in response to "thankyou". That was simply unacceptable on my part. I'm sorry. I have to remember it's the 21st century and that type of hate speechis no longer acceptable. I am so disappointed with this Subway! It used to be good, but here in the last 1 year... it has gone down hill. Way down hill!!... They never have what you go in there for! There was one night we went in for supper and they were out of bread and pasta!!Another time we went in after a chorus concert for our kids and they only had one girl working on her own!! I felt so bad forher! Who ever is managing that store is doing a horrible job! Read more

Horrible experience at the Huxley Subway today. All three gals working were extremely rude, rolled their eyes, & spoke very... condescendingly when I asked questions about the menu since I haven't been been in for awhile. To top it all off I asked whatwas in one of the oil bottles & one of the gals, who turns out to be the manager (excuse me, what?) said "if you read (pointingto a sign) you'll know what's in them." Overall, I was treated extremely poorly & met with sassy, condescending remarks at everypoint in my visit, and I will not be going back. Read more
The people here need re-trained on how to make a sandwich. I got a teriyaki chicken with 5-6 veggies and it was FALLING APART.... they just threw everything on there with no real care. They need to be taught to keep the meat on the top half and the veggieson the bottom so when you close the sandwich the veggies don't just fall out. Would rather drive 15 minutes to Ames to get asandwich than go back. Read more
