The restaurant was very nice, there was also great live music. The food was also good, but there was too much sand in the... muscles and clams so we had to send it back. Eggplant app was delicious, other dishes were fine. Two people in our party said their pasta and seafood dishes (respectively)... were too oily and did not sit well. Service was good, but felt a bit forced. No stars off for that, they got the job done,just never felt all that comfortable. The food was good, but not excellent. Dessert was average, if not disappointing. Largeplace and easy to get a table. Maybe we didn't order the right dishes or hit their specialty, but with all the choices in thearea, I don't think we'll be returning. Read more
My first visit to Alberto's Ristorante in Hyannis, MA was terrific. Since I was by myself I sat at the bar. I ordered the... Sinatra. This was made with Italian sausage, chicken, broccoli rabe, and cannellini beans. All these ingredients were tossedwith extra virgin olive oil, garlic, white wine and parmigiano cheese. It normally comes with penne, but I was craving linguiniand they accommodated my request. This dish was fantastic!!! Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were tremendous.The service was excellent and it was either the Manager or Owner who came up and asked how my meal was. I was hooked up with akiller glass of red wine to go with my meal. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend giving Alberto's Ristorante atry. Dine on! Read more
I loved Alberto’s. They have a large restaurant, and getting a reservation was easy. We started with a Caesar salad and a soup... of the day, which was a minestrone. Both were very good, especially the soup. For our mains, I had the Sinatra pasta, and wealso had the pappardelle pasta. I really loved the Sinatra, and the San Mariano sauce on the pappardelle was terrific too.Overall I loved Alberto’s and would go back. The staff was attentive and friendly. Wonderful experience. Our waiter, Luis, was very kind, patient and helpful. I would absolutely return again. The fettuccine... noodles were cooked perfectly and the blackened scallops were oh so good! My first time having a vodka martini and I hope theyall taste as fantastic. Read more
Had a solid great dinner outdoors on summer evening. The outside part of venue is in foreground of Hyannis pedestrian traffic so... the ambience is the downtown life. Lucked out good weather. Food was great very filling and good quality. Service was good. Hadreservation which I'd recommend as filled up after our arrival. Read more
