I've been pondering for weeks if I should write a review or not because honestly I have only written positive reviews on... restaurants but I feel like I must share. I have been to this restaurant for myself once, and the service was awful. They wereout of practically everything I had asked for. The employee's could truly careless about anything really. So for myself I wouldnot eat there. I also deliver for door dash and I have had same experiences. with customers orders. One night I had waited over45 minutes for an order to be told they didn't have any steak, rice or tomatoes. The cleanliness of the establishment isdisgusting. The trash is always overflowing and the tables are always covered in food. I won't even mention what the bathroomslooked like. I'm very surprised corporate hasn't shut this store down. Read more
Theres a lot to say here...... I have been in cape cod since 2018, their food was excellent.... until covid happened. We all... know it wasn't there fault but after covid calmed down, they finally opened up.... opened up with barely any staff and theirschedules was HORRIBLE. They'd be closed on a tuesday, wednesday, thursday. I don't know how it was even affordable keeping itopen. Ever since covid, their food quality has decreased. Let me explain... In the last 3-6 months theyve been consistentlyopen Ive gotten food like: 1. Poorly wrapped burritos 2. Theres always something that is missing (chips, steak, chicken,veggies, rice) and they say that they have "run out" 3. Ordered a burrito bowl, came with hard, cold rice and some pieces ofsteak, they didn't have lettuce that day. 4. Cold food is a big one. In this past week I have ordered 3-4 burritos, all havebeen poorly wrapped. Today I have ordered a burrito bowl with chips... they didn't have chips. It amazes me how they don't haveanything. As you can see, you probably looked through other reviews, the place is disgusting, floors haven't been swept, overflowing trash, broken ac, just so many things wrong. They need to get their stuff together, I have been cheaped out of my mealsso many times, I'd rather go to El Mariachi Loco on Main St because their burritos are top quality! 1/5 review, wont eat hereanymore. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place sucks. Ordered online waited 45 minutes past pickup. Given the wrong order and then... was told they were out of white rice, black beans and literally everything I ordered. Was told to request a online refund. Can?tfigure out how to get the refund. This Chipotle was awesome. Chris and his team, especially the new man who wore a #21 chain on his neck was great. I think they... treated us with the most respect of any fast food place ever. I truly enjoyed my visit and my kids said that this one tastedbetter then the one near us too. Great visit. They were so helpful, courteous, pleasant and overall fun. Do not ever waste your time and go here. I love Chipotle but this is awful. First encounter the rice clumpy and watery and only... had spicy chicken. Second encounter they had no beans, gave me literally 6 tiny pieces of chicken and literally gave me about 8strips of lettuce. The food looked so unappetizing. On both occasions the food was cold and service slow. Nasty!!!! Read more
The most generous act of my life is giving this pathetic excuse for an establishment 1 star, while they truly deserve NONE.... There is absolutely no reason for this Chipotle to still be running, they have no idea what they?re doing. Consistentlyunderstaffed, consistently screwing up orders, THEY?RE PITIFUL. I ordered a bowl around 1:45 today and unfortunately did not receive the pinto beans or fajitas that I had asked for online.... Other than that the rest of my bowl was great and the Chorizo is good! I am also a HUGE fan of the chips and guacamole which Ialso ordered and as you can see from the picture I got chunks of avocado and no ingredients inside my container. Extremelydisappointed with this guacamole and I honestly will probably mash it myself because I?m pregnant and was really craving it. Read more
Personally I really enjoyed my lunch date with my friend here. The service was great, the place was decently clean, one thing I... really like is that there are number pad locks for the bathroom so no random people could use it outsidee if the store. the codeis really easy and quick. I got a burrito ???? it was my first time there and I'd definitely like to go back. if you are into abig burrito that could last 2 meals, this is the place for you! Read more
