Absolutely the worst coffee in town not worth a penny.

Food is decent enough. But they need to hire people who actually understand the English Language. Orders are consistently wrong.... And I order pretty much the same thing from this place on a semi-routine basis. Not too impressed with the wait times either,but that isn't a big complaint. Read more
The worst DD I have ever seen. Terrible service. The person taking the orders (I think her name was Otilia os somthing like... that) didnt even look at me, no hi, no smile. Idk what type of black magic was used tonight to create the best bacon egg and cheese I?ve ever had, but wow. The bacon was... unusually crispy and delicious, the cheese was melting all over and I asked for a plain bagel, but received an everything and itwas better than that plain I ordered. I love dunkin in general. But this location is absolutely atrocious. To start, there were 2 people selling and doing drugs by... the front entrance. Not a good start. Go in the floor is disgusting, there's random boxes stacked against a wall. Not a goodlook. I stood at the register for atleast 5 minutes before my order was taken. It seems the girl with the red hair, and the girlwith the pink flower bandana hair cover were both too interested in hiding behind the coffee machines than doing their jobs andtaking orders. I waited 10 minutes for a messed up drink. And I noticed the next 2 customers behind me both waited for the girlsto stop hiding to have their orders taken as well. I was in a rush and had to wait for about another 20 minutes for my messed upfood order to show up. I was missing a sandwich and the one I got was wrong. The customer behind me also got a messed up drinkand was able to get hers remade to some sort of acceptable form. Whatever you do, avoid this place. Cleanliness? None. Customerservice? Non existent. Get what you order? Not happening. On a time crunch? Better spare 30 minutes to deal with all this. Wannaworry about drugs trying to get into the front door to get coffee? Then this is your place. I wish I could give a negativereview for this place. Negative 10 stars is what I would give. Avoid this place at all costs. Try the other one down the road. Read more
