I hate coming here now because of the God awful sound their doors make! It's so obnoxious it triggers a migraine half the time.... They need some WD-40, STAT. Also I feel like the coffee just doesn't taste as good as it used to... the coffee itself. I don'tknow if they changed how they brew it or if some new people don't know how to make batches of iced coffee correctly or what butit's not for me. Read more

It's a Dunkin. I stopped for lunch on a Saturday. The place was quiet. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with some hot... coffee. The service was quick and friendly. This Dunkin is located across the street from the high school, so it can get crazybusy. Read more
The girls here are very friendly and work their butts off. I get exactly what I ask for and with the amount of sugar I get they... stir it which is a big problem with alot of Dunkin's. The sugar lays at the bottom and I have to open it and stir it myself. Sothis Dunkin's is great!???? Read more
Best Dunkin on the cape! They don't have a drive thru but it's so worth getting out of the car to have my order made correctly... every time! All the staff is polite and trained very well. They get it done. There is a young adult probably 18 to maybe 21 witha pony tail that works days! He is great! I'm not sure if he's the manager but if he isn't he should be! Hes a great teacher and leader for the other staff members.. I honestly believe it's why this dunks is so efficient and operates smoothly.. Because ofthis young kid. While I was there they had 1 new staff training and this kid took the time to train the new hire correctly..Showing him step by step how to properly make my coffee (which was a charlie cold foam with extra cinnamon on this day) It seemslike all the other Dunkin donuts in Hyannis have become complete trash especially sense the pandemic. Most of them employeepeople that have no understanding of the English language... Like none. They have no idea what they are doing... And have noidea what you the customer is asking for.! Dunks on north st in Hyannis is the absolute worst! But this Dunks on West MainStreet is the expection! Located across from Barnstable High School in Hyannis! Great coffee! Great staff!
