One star for the service. We said we wanted our roast beef sandwich hot, but was told " we cannot toast the bread and cannot... cook the roast beef." The roast beef, cheese, and bread was all cold and we had to go back to the hotel to microwave it hot. Weunderstand we went around closing time but thats no excuse for their poor work attitude. Went for the 2nd time in a week, to the Hyannis, Ma. Store in the mall, and ordered the regular tuna. This is the 2nd time the... tuna had to much water in it and as I held the sub to take a bite,the water, liquid, whatever driveled down my arm and landed onmy lap. What does it take to drain the water from the canned tuna in the morning when everyone is prepping for the day?, or isthe mayo to watery? Tuna subs should never be this wet and gooey. They should be moist but not like soup!!! Or is this the wayyou make it at all your shops? Please try to fix this,as I want to eat here but not if I'm going to use a roll of paper towelsto clean up the mess this tuna sub creates. Read more

The manager at this location leaves a lot to be desired. When do you ever tell a paying customer spending $90 to not come back,... which after this experience I will probably not. I ordered the same amount two weeks ago on a week day morning with no problems.The person, Matt, at the mall location in Hyannis, was also rude to me . I have worked in sub restaurants for 20 years and nevertreated anyone with such rudeness. Word of mouth is quickly spread and can make or break it sometimes. Aside from the staff being all around great- speedy, welcoming and friendly, let?s talk about the food. We got four different... subs for our family?s order. Hot Chipotle Chicken did NOT disappoint. Most hot sandwiches like this would be tough to eat in onepiece but this sub held together like a champ and was absolutely delicious. 10/10. Our cold subs- Tuna, Club and Italian (Iforget their given numbers)- all of which were unforgettable. Since we weren?t eating them until later the staff was nice enoughto pack some oil/vinegar in nice little leak-proof cups. Sure, they do cost a little more than your typical sub shop, but haveyou seen the size of them?! They were piled up with fresh meats and fresh veggies. We will be back and thank you a job well doneand for money well spent. Read more
The staff was not very upbeat except the girl cutting the meat. She was fantastic and moving, even encouraging the rest of the... crew to get into it. Everyone seemed inexperienced and not confident except the meat slicer. My sandwich was ready in a fewminutes but my wife?s cheese steak held us up 15 minutes. When we got to the car and opened our sandwiches it was missing thekey ingredient, the Mayo she asked for and was written on the receipt. The food was good which is what I am accustomed to atJersey Mike?s but the service was not near what I?m accustomed to at this establishment and the 6 customers waiting with uswe?re not pleased with the wait as well.
