the service at this restaurant is terrible and gets worse every year. 2 years ago I went to this restaurant and had to wait a... long time to be served. But yesterday I went to the restaurant and I notice that the service is much worse. I arrived at therestaurant and the woman at the reception threw me on a table near the reception. I was there for 20 minutes waiting to beserved. However, I only saw the restaurant employees talking and walking around without anyone paying attention. After 20minutes a woman spoke to the boy at the bar to meet me and he went to meet me. The food is bad and bland. the soup wasn't thatbad but the chicken parmigiana was bad. I was served a fried chicken with some melted cheese and a cold pasta, it looks like itwas heated in the microwave. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Read more
Loved the food, service and hospitality. The vegetarian options were delicious ????. Loved the crisps with spinach artichoke... dip, minestrone soup and the 'make your own pasta'. If you are a dessert lover, do try their chocolate mousse. The raspberryjuice is yet another charm. Ample parking space. There may be a waiting time of around 10-20 mins depending upon the inflow ofcustomers and takeout orders. Read more
Our food fantastic, the Waite was 15 to get service. The waitress never mentioned to anyone we were out there she came out... twice. She saw us and would not make eye contact give her 0stars . It's probably been 10 years since I ate at an Olive Garden! In general. I avoid them as a generic chain restaurant. This visit... was a pleasant surprise. Service was great, food was great. They were very willing to customize things like we wanted them andthe bill in general was smaller than some of the small local restaurants. We definitely will visit Olive Garden more often thanevery 10 years from now on. Read more
This location has been consistent in great quality and service since its opening. Most recently we had a delicious late lunch... with our very attententive server, Amber. She went above and beyond to make her tables happy while also working the bar area. Ifyou want some reliably delicious comfort food at an affordable price, this Olive Garden is always a good choice! Food was good, well prepared, served hot and in large quantities. We didn't like the service felt that it was rushed. The box... started arriving in the middle of dinner for the left over calamari from appetizers course. The same was the case for the boxesfor dinner they got to the table before we finished dinner. The waitress was great. The food good. Yet a woman with two children came in and went up to the desk even though we were there... first and asked to have a table right away cuz she had a ferry to catch they said they didn't know what they could do but theywould try so a table came up we had five and she had four. I guess it was three children I think.
