My gf and I ate in here for lunch and it was nice. The shopping center it's in is overly rundown and trashy but the store itself... doesn't disappoint. Food was what you've come to expect from Panera. We would go back again. Read more
Tried the new chicken sandwich. It was awful. Tasteless. The bun was twice the size as the measly piece of chicken Pictures and... ads totally misrepresent the product. The French onion soup which is usually decent was also flavorless and the chunk of Frenchroll, usually served warm, was cold and close to stale Comparable, even better chicken sandwiches, can be purchased for 1/2 theprice. Very disappointed. Not worth the price. The iced tea was the only thing good and it was free. YIKES! Read more

I love the creamy tomato soup and look forward to the croutons and the french bread that comes with it....HOWEVER the last 3... times I ordered it as take out (including today) they forget the croutons. Come on now....isn't there a checklist when packingan order to go? I hate to stand there and dig into the bag especially when it is so busy...but I guess that is what I will dogoing forward. This place is absolutely pathetic (doesn't deserve the 1 star). We came here for lunch as we were passing by on Easter Sunday.... They were out of pretty much all kinds of breads and I ended up having a frontega on a white bread. My wife, who is vegetariangot served some chicken soup when we had clearly ordered the corn chowder. Lastly, we had to wait over 20 mins for our food.Overall, they were slow, unprofessional and ruined an otherwise perfect day. My family and I are definitely going to stay awayfrom this place on all future Cape trips and I strongly recommend everyone else do too. Read more
