They never have soup that is advertised during soup season. In the winter I used to frequent this establishment often as it is... right down the street from me. I would go for the soup. But for some reason this fall/winter everytime I went they didn't havesoup. Read more
I just left this subway and I want to thank Felipe for his wonderful and professional customer service! He had a non compliant... customer come in that had no face mask on and when he was asked to put one on he said he was exempt and Felipe politely askedhim to leave. There are signs every where in the store saying that face masks are required and yet this customer refused andasked him repeatedly is that subways policy or your personal policy from which I pray he does not get in trouble for butregardless Felipe was polite with the customer who still was non compliant and all while this was happening he did not losefocus from me and I at this point was at the register. The customer eventually left but the whole time he was dealing with thishe kept it together and I believe he deserves recognition for his great customer service! Read more
I am very upset. It?s 6/12/20 on a Friday night and I went to Subway in search of a good sandwich. The store closes at 9:00pm.... It was 8:48pm when I arrived at the parking lot and she ran to the door and locked it. When I walked up to the door she was onthe phone and she kept telling us they were closed when it clearly said that the store closes at 9:00pm. I am extremelydisappointed because my entire family was looking forward to having subway and now I have to tell my kids that they can?t eattheir favorite food. Read more
Don't bother ordering online at this store. They lack the ability to follow simple instructions. The online ordering isn't bad... and the give you a Box for special instructions but they at this store feel they don't need to follow them. And for petes sake,when the instructions say LESS mayo which they give you the option of regular less or more, so when less is picked it doesn'tmean put so much that is dripping out of the sub.
