The place is nice, but they take a long time to serve customers. We stayed for more than 1 hour, we only managed to have 1 beer... and 1 champagne because the food would take another 10 minutes to be ready and it was chicken wings and a shrimp bruschetta thatI was in the mood for we had to cancel the food. you have to have more employees to work with, so that it doesn't happen anymoreas I said and the place is nice but that leaves something to be desired. Overall I am very happy I chose to eat here this day. I was greeted pleasantly with a smile. The place was beautiful, clean, ... and the vibe was very nice. The appetizer I ordered was the plantains which is a good portion for one person. The entree Iordered was the Blackened Salmon with rice and beans and veggies. I was very satisfied with the portion and the taste. The pricewas good for the dish which was 20$. I enjoyed the food very much and am planning on going back if I am ever in town. Theentrees did take about 45 mins to come out and my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant at the time, but once Ibegan eating it felt like the wait was worth it. Drinks are amazing and very strong!!! Bartender is very friendly and social making the customers feel at home! Went back for... more drinks later at night and the atmosphere was amazing! This restaurant is next to hotel. They have recently renovated whole restaurant and re-designed menu. Service was little bit... slow but quality of food was awesome. I tried chicken kebabs, Goat curry, coconut pinacolada & Rum punch everything was upto themark. Just got back from the advertised $50 seafood buffet. It was the worst dining experience of my life. After we were there for... about 10 minutes and no one had stopped by our table, I found a woman standing around and asked for water. The buffet wasadvertised from 5:00 til 8:00, we got there at 6:00 and a third of the buffet dishes were empty (no food pans in them at all).There were never any bacon wrapped scallops, no lobster rolls, and there was a half of a burned lobster left, the lobster wasnever refilled. There was a bowl of salad sitting there wrapped in plastic and no dressing. The plates and utensils wereplastic, which I took to the garbage can myself as the server never once stopped by to clear our dirty plates or refill ourwater - I had to go stand at the bar to ask for a refill. When I told the server how bad the service was, she said she had beenbusy "doing other things", from what I observed that was mostly standing around the corner from the buffet. I saw 4 other tablesseated the entire time we were there, and our server wasn't busy attending to any of them. Was there no manager present on aSaturday night to see what was going on? I am appalled that a restaurant could be this bad, and definitely false advertisingwhere the buffet items were concerned. Read more
