The staff is friendly and the food tastes like Dunkin. It's cleaner than the next closest DD and those are the only redeeming... features. It has cases for Baskin Robbins but no ice cream (and it's not on the door anymore). They are often out of otherbakery items (croissants, etc) and of popular donuts. They no longer offer a public restroom and don't allow dine in with allthe chairs on the tables (this isn't a COVID thing because it's been shut down in the past few months). I have ordered Frozen Chocolate on the app many times over the past two years at this location. At least 1 out of every 3 or 4... times, they make a frozen coffee instead and when I tell them it looks wrong, they say that my add ins change the color, so Itaste it and tell them it is frozen coffee and they tell me that the caramel make it taste like coffee instead of chocolate.They just don't want to admit their mistake and make the right drink. Today, I walked in and ordered a donut and a free frozenchocolate with my reward beverage. The person at the register charged me for the drink anyway and then when I pointed out that Irequested to use the reward, she acted like she didn't understand. I asked several times in several different ways and shecontinued to act like there was a language barrier. I have ordered from all of their employees and there was no language barrierbefore, including with this person. Long story short, this store doesn't want to honor free rewards and they don't want o admita mistake if it means they have to waste a drink made wrong (which I earned from buying drinks from their store!). Went to this location on August 27th while driving home from VB. Went to order a drink and use the bathroom. They had a computer... printed sign posted on the door that says no public bathrooms. If you serve food, you should allow customers to use thebathroom. The women were rude and stated that the bathrooms were broken. They must have been broken for months based on theother reviews. There are a lot of bad reviews for this location which surprises me; we ordered like 15 items and were in and out within 5... minutes of pulling in, mind you there was a moderately sized line. We did not need to repeat our order either. It was madecorrectly and, in terms of fast food, was pretty good. Read more
I stopped at this DD to order a drink and use the bathroom. After ordering my drink, I saw a sign that said ?Both bathrooms are... Out of Order?. Oh really, so you mean to tell me the employees have no bathroom to use? I highly doubt it! I ordered first toshow I was a paying customer and then asked the young guy at the counter if I could use the bathroom. He said they were bothbroke. Maybe I should notify the Health Dept. of this issue. I won?t be returning to this DD. It was the first and last timethey have seen me! Read more
This place is off the beat trail of I-270. As we walked in the men's bathroom was out of order , but the one worker said that... the women's bathroom was open. One of the worker actually came out of the women's bathroom. The other worker then just saidthat the manager told them not for anyone to use them . Then said that we could not use them . The one girl was very rude.Didn't even let us know where else we could use a bathroom . We'll, they lost our business. Not worth the effort to get off theinterstate. Read more
Quiet literally awful I have no clue why but some girl who works there continuously makes my drinks wrong and is very rude. I... understand the morning there can be busy but that absolutely ridiculous to be blatantly rude. I?m pretty sure that drink in thepicture was just sugar and milk it was horrible. Do better. This Dunkin was disgusting and they don't even let customers use the restroom pretty sad
